I own a beautiful Jaguar I've been going to Mr car wash for about 3 years with it all the time they forget to do my tire shine or back in my car properly I don't know why I even go there we need more car washes around here

Very clean car. I have unlimited washes with them. I worked at many different car washes for 12 years, and I the car wash works well. Update on my fifth wash there I was confronted by an employee from the Frontline rudely as I was drying off my own car. He told me not to park by the bench that I scared a mom & child. There was no buddy there when I parked so this pissed me off. I did see a kid & mom on the front porch when he was talking to me. So I watched for a long time and it turns out he knew this person. I think it was his girlfriend by the way they acted to each other. He was trying to show off for his girlfriend by demonstrating to her that he runs the place. I hope this review helps the necessary staff that actually run the place and understand that I am a loyal and valuable customer. I have been going to this wash since 1996, and that was the worst experience.

Mister Car Wash was ok I wish they would have done a better job with 2 guys cleaning it and them only having to clean the front seats you know the front part of our Jeep that's all and it came out bad.

Overpriced. A few years ago this national company brought up many of the local car washes and then raised the prices city wide. What cost $4 a few years ago now costs $10

I’ve been going to this location for 10 months but the last time I went in August 2023 I was shocked to find the back panel where the license plate is attached was hanging off my car! The guy who had finished drying the car acted like “no big deal? ” Mister Mister did not offer to pay for the damage which cost $75.00 to repair at Little Germany!

Been dealing with them for a while. Costs $26 for interior and exterior basic cleaning. Nice staff with good work. Wish they had apple pay option.

I used to come here all the time it was the only car wash I’d go to since it was down the street from my house. I went through the car wash on 9/30 and noticed it was a little more aggressive than normal which I knew because my ex worked at a car wash and managed it for years. I thought one brush was going to take out my side mirror but I was safe. When I exited I heard scraping so I stop get out and my bumper is dragging. I just got my car a year ago and it’s never been in an accident nor did it have damages even after coming out of the car wash other then being scrapped and all of the clips being ripped off. So I couldn’t reattach the bumper properly to say the least. Assistant manager said he’d file an incident report and someone would be in contact with me in 62 hours and walked away to leave me with my car ripped apart no offer to give me a hand nothing. It’s not 10/5 and I have yet to hear from anyone and they won’t return my calls. Very disappointed in this car wash and am going to look into other options to have this matter rectified but it’s sad that no one helped or cared and this used to be where I’d go spend 25.00 a car wash every dang week.

I was an unlimited was member. On 07/22/2023 my car was damaged; the valve stem was broken off and the wheel was scratched. The tire had to be changed before the car could leave the property. The on-site management was dismissive and un-supportive. They claimed to have reviewed the surveillance video and said I had hit the brakes, which was untrue. When I requested to see this video they refused. I made a damage claim and received a canned response that they would investigate the report.

I responded with photographs of the damage and a quote for repair. No response. I visited the 6th Ave office and got the phone # for escalations. After being on hold for 40min I reached an operator who said they could not help me and hung up. I have not been able to get another human on the phone.

On 08/19/2023 I received an email apologizing for the delay and suggesting I call customer service. No one ever picks up.

It is now 09/29/2023 and I have had no contact from Mister and still cannot get a human on the phone. I canceled my membership.

Full service? Pretty bad. My interior wasn’t detailed at all. They didn’t even take out the floor mats to wash them off. When the person opened my door and said, “have a look” I was so blown away at how dirty it still was. So surprised all I could do was laugh, hand him a $20 and say, “right”. I hope this review allows me to upload a pic.

The automatic car wash is dirty and clearly not maintained. It and almost ripped my side mirror off and bent one of my wheels. My car is even dirtier than it was when I went in. STAY AWAY!

Mister has the worse policy rule. I wish there there was another full service carwash in Tucson. The company just le want to charge extra. It is not the employees but the company. Not satisfied at all

Their automatic washes are awful. My glass all looks as dirty as it did before the wash and the $20 wash with the extra tire protectant did nothing. The wash moves through very quickly like 30-45 seconds and the entire car is not thoroughly scrubbed. If you're going to use these places, I'd recommend washing yourself manually. Otherwise, every gas station car wash I've gotten has been better than this.

I will pass on this outfit that takes no responsibility for their equipment or attendants when entering their wash equipment.

$20 unlimited outside cleaning and $10 extra for detailing. Good bargain. Nice people there, especially the one on Country Club and Speedway.

I love the full service wash! Keeping my car clean and beautiful! She 10 but still looks brand new!
