TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE.
Drove thru on Dec 10,2023 and our pick-up now has paint and dent damage on each side of the front fenders and along the body on each side. Our repair bill is $4,752.88. Immediately they self exclaim that they are not at fault but will "investigate". They give you a few days to cool off and then write you some generic letter that says that they are not responsible. This is the way they handle their operation. The one star is only because you cannot submit a review without adding one.

I was assaulted at the 22nd and Wilmot location, the people work there did nothing to help and would not let the police look at surveillance taps to catch them, the place is dirty with drug dealings going on per Tucson Police Dept. Their advice don't go to that location they can not help you if you do, stay away onless you want to buy drugs

Terrible Experience - Negligence, Theft, and Unprofessionalism!

Our recent visit to Mister Carwash #395 at 8100 San Pedro Drive in Albuququerque turned into an absolute nightmare, marked by a shocking display of negligence, theft, and a complete lack of professionalism. During what should have been a routine full-service wash, my vehicle suffered an astounding $3000.00 in damages to the front end and hood due to the careless mistake of a Mister Carwash driver.

As if that wasn't enough, I later discovered that some packages of candy had mysteriously vanished from the driver's console during the service. It is disheartening to think that in addition to the substantial damages, there was also an instance of theft by someone within the Mister Carwash team.

Upon reaching out to Mister Carwash corporate, I was contacted by an individual from the location where the damages occurred, representing herself as an adjuster from the location. To my utter disbelief, she callously denied responsibility for the obvious and new damages to the hood, even refusing to cover a rental car unless it was included in the repair shop estimate. Furthermore, she denied any acknowledgment of the stolen items and callously dismissed my concerns without offering any reimbursement for the lost employee time incurred due to the damage.

To add insult to injury, when I finally received my vehicle back, it was returned in an appalling state – dirty and far from the promised "full-service wash. " This glaring lack of attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction only further highlights Mister Carwash's disregard for its patrons.

I strongly caution anyone considering Mister Carwash to think twice before entrusting their vehicle to this establishment. The negligence, theft, and overall lack of accountability are not only unacceptable but indicative of a company that does not value its customers. Save yourself the trouble and choose a car wash service that takes pride in its work and respects its customers. Mister Carwash has lost my trust, and I urge others to consider alternative options for their vehicle care needs.

Broke my front bumper curb sensor. Reported the incident and no called me back. Was told that the GM of the 22nd and Wilmot location would call me and got a no call. Called Corporate and was put on hold for over an hour. Planning on running a local story on Mr. Carwash. I would not recommend using them, there are a lot of other choices. BAD SERVICE and BAD follow up. Wash at your OWN risk

10/29/23 So far my experiences with the staff have been okay but other than the first time setting up the reoccurring payment I haven't actually spoken to staff. Today after entering a bay to clean my vehicle I noticed that the space was covered mud on it therefore now my car tires had mud all over very them I went back to talk to the person at the beginning who said their name was Jerica and this person immediately threw their hands up to their side and tilted their head inquisitively and said "what do you want me to do about it? " I explained I had arrived at 8: 00 and questioned whether or not they clean the bays at night. The person said well I've been open since 7: 45. I just would have expected some sort of customer service phrase from this person. I'm sorry for your experience today. Something instead this person repeated again. What do you want me to do about it? I have the unlimited I can go back through but just the behavior of this person was not at all, what you would expect from someone who supposedly is in a customer service position.

This company totally sucks! They absolutely fo nit care about their customers or making sure the customers property is handled with care and respect. Please do not go to this facility for your cars care as they will surely damage it and belittle you as you request them to do what they should to resolve and reassure you that your car will be fixed! They flat out called us a liar after we spent over an hour to see to it that they fix the damage done.taking pictures and getting our complaint down then never even doing anything to resolve it and denied our issue occurred and told us it wasn't the wheel they damaged but a different one stating we drove onto their property with the damage. Stating I was wrong! You are putting your car in the hands of nitwits and ignorant folks! Don't do it! They'll damage it for sure!

The worst car wash, I ever been too.i bought a 2019 chevy silverado truck. And took it too mister car wash.and it took My chevy clip off the front of my truck. I been calling and no one as call me back.

The branch in Pasadena Sux. After I pay I ask for my receipt the machine was out of paper and the attendant told me we could give a written receipt…. That The machine have been without paper for a long time.

Service was adequate until now. Yesterday, the car wash in Conyers, GA ripped everything off the front of my GMC 2500HD. All stock parts. Pictures were taken by both myself and the employee attempting to assist me. I was told i would get a call from the facility manager by close of business yesterday…. Nothing. Been trying all day (it’s now 1: 53 in the afternoon) to get in touch with someone at corporate. Been on hold for an hour now. I’m done with Mister. Cancelling three memberships and will tell all of my friends the same. Wish i could give negative stars at this point.

I went for a car wash. I been a member for years.well threw the car wash on cortero mind you this is a new Mr carr wash the machine stopped twice.when I got off my car after it finished running three I notice my wing on my car was ripped off. I talked to the manager toke pic of the the damages and said they would get back to me no later than 3 days. I am still waiting for that call back. I have left messages sent emails NO One CALLS BACK. The funny thing is they have no problem taking my payment every month like clock work.but when it comes for them to take responsibility for there messup they never live up to there responsibility. This is the worse company I have ever encountered.be aware your car could look dirty going in the car wash but be damaged when it comes out and your the on left hanging with the damages.

Absolutely unethical company. Completely fraudulent in their dealings. Including outright lying and poor customer service from the corporate office. I advise not to get on their recurring monthly plan if you must use them. Also, not all locations keep their cloths clean. My car ended up covered in scratches on the paint and plastic from the one in Park City, Utah. The damage from their car wash cost me $2500 in a paint fix. I am including some details below so others can see the scope of the issue.

I initially called to cancel my membership three years ago (2019). I called both the corporate offices and my home location. From corporate, I kept getting told to call my home location. I never once received a return call from them (Park City, Utah). When I called corporate again and again, I was continuously referred to a manager who never called back.

Shortly after my initial attempts, I got in a terrible accident and suffered many injuries including a TBI - where I was solely focused on recovery. I called again multiple times last year amidst my PT and struggles. The person I spoke to at that time (April 2021) said they saw all of the notes in the system about my continued attempts to cancel my membership. They also confirmed that I had not used my account since 2019. Upon calling again this month (Oct 2022), The agent I spoke with confirmed that I had tried canceling my account last year however she saw no previous notes. She canceled my account and contacted a supervisor/manager to reach out to me. When the manager contacted me the same day, they said they saw no notes on my account - at all - and no attempted contact on my part until that day.

The management is clearly unethical and blatantly lying. I know now that I should have immediately contacted my credit card company to initiate a dispute. However, at the time, I didn't know that was even possible.

Very careful, those kids selling monthly membership to you, they don't tell it's going to be continued charges to your card!? Even though i had canceled my membership, but they had been charging my card for past three years! When I contacted them, they say we can only give you one year free car wash, we dont refound your money!?
People, they had stolen $720.00 from me, they want to give back one year free car wash, when i told them, i don't need car wash anymore, she said take it or leave it.
Don't be fooled by this companies replies to your complaints they are computer generated!?
Finally they called me, and offering me $150.00
ladies and gentlemen, if you join their monthly plans, make sure check your monthly bank statement, because this company using push charge!? Which is illegal, very careful.imagine they have 400 locations, and if they use push charge on their customers, what kind of money they are making.if you had the same problem as I had, get in touch with me, we can bring class action law suit against them.

Great staff and service at my local wash but I’m having a difficult time trying to cancel recurring charges with hq. We moved and I have a confirmation email saying all services are canceled. However I’m still being charged and I’m getting no response from corporate trying to cancel. Disputing charges with the bank and warning others about my experience.

Agreed to pay for a month of car washes and was enrolled in monthly charges without consent. Ive emailed and called and no one replies. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY CARWASH PLAN YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL

Before I entered the wash I asked if my truck met their qualifications. They insured me it did, even though I had a rack on top. I trusted them as they said they would turn off the top brushes to prevent damage.
They never turned off the top brushes and it ripped my rack off, scratched my truck, dented my truck topper, destroyed my fly rod case, and broke all my fly rods. Around $5,000 in damage which they admitted was completely their fault. However, they aren’t covering a penny. You read that right… they admitted operator error and that it was their fault, but so far won’t be covering a penny.
After 8 days of attempting to settle this matter, I have yet to receive a retuned call, email, or correspondence. Avoid at all costs.

Destroyed my paint job after running thru their carwash, after a good month, still no resolution, extremely unprofessional dealing with them, and I have no idea still, how much longer a resolution will be, that's my adventure with mister carwash

Do not use this company. My brand new Range Rover was damaged inside the wash. I was the third car inside and they failed to turn off the machine when the first car that was in there caused the track not to work. The three cars behind all hit. The management did not contact me and they just constantly give you the run around. They say call customer care then wait 3 days and call back when someone doesn’t contact you then call again and wait another 48 hours and call back again. No one is taking any responsibility or making it right. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to use this company again.
