Mobile Home Depot reviews
7Ordered 3 vanities, two of the vanity tops were broken. When asked for a solution they would not take them back nor offer a replacement for me to even purchase the tops separately. Won’t be shopping here again.
Make sure you check your receipts. Store has charged me 3 times for different products than I purchased. They sell you a box of siding and charge you for 22 pieces. When a box has 20. Lady at the store denied my refund.
WAY WAY overpriced and NO Return Policy.
Be VERY VERY careful when dealing with this business.
They will NOT let you return damaged items.
Not worth the trouble.stay with the REAL Home Depot.
Response to "Response from the owner":
Notice that they don't address the ISSUE: Will they REPLACE damaged items (due to shipping) EVEN for Special Orders?
They just reply with corporate "weasel" words. ALSO note that NOWHERE on their website is even this Policy stated in writing!
AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Awesome place, plus the 2 employees being there when I stop to shop around for a bath tub they where very kind and they have costumer needs in their mind.not pushing sales people like on most retail places. My respects for their job. Thanks guys
Friendly, helpful people.
Well, that was my impression a year ago, when I did that review, but now I have to edit / add to it because things have apparently changed. I've changed my review from a five star to a two star. There is only one staff member left who was there when I did the review saying the staff was friendly and helpful. I had not been going in for a while but now have gone in a few times just recently, and it seems that they have had some recent turnover as well, some more turnover since the people from a year ago had left. So I can't say I'm familiar with very many of them aside from the one gal who has been there the longest and is managing the store, she doesn't seem to ever be there when I stop in. But her full-timer is, a woman named Margaret, and it is just the most dreadful experience every time I go in there, with Margaret. If I had to define the antithesis of good customer service, I would just describe this person. She's usually a bit loud and brazen, always quite pushy and demanding, and her communication is very poor, it's not clear. I purchased some little things last week, it was over half an hour till closing time and there were no other customers in the store. She was very rushed and pushy and giving orders. First demanding if I wanted to purchase these things, and then saying she needs me to put in my debit card three or four times in less than a 60 second period. She didn't have any pressing closing duties to do because she was sitting off to the right on the edge of one of the shower enclosures after I use the restroom and was walking out. Maybe she was in a big hurry to sit back down on her butt. She said have a great day a couple of times in an offhand manner as I was leaving, like that was going to smooth it over. Basically just an obnoxious personality, I'll have to find out what her days off are or look into going to one of their other stores unfortunately, as I'm sure it won't be as handy.she could probably do a much better job with people with a little focused customer service training. She may not behave that way at all when the store manager is around, I suppose I could try to visit the store on a different day.
The lady that runs to counter is very nice.
Quick to help.
Some of the policies I think stink.
But they are reasonable it's compared to some of the other awning and mobile home repair parts shops
