Mobility Plus, Oro Valley AZ

Recently, I have been experiencing mobility issues. I went to the Oro Valley Mobility Plus store to see what was available. They had devices that I never knew existed! After spending two hours at the store, with one on one assistance, I was able to purchase items that made my daily living easier and more enjoyable. I felt like I was listened to and valued as a human being. I have told all of my friends about this store. Even though it is about 15 miles farther than similar type stores in my neighborhood, the selection and service I received there made it well worth the drive. You will not be disappointed if you go to this store. As I age and my journey through my medical condition continues, I will always go to this store to address my needs. It's nice to know that I will have a friend to assist me on this journey.

We couldn't have had a better experience. We rented a wheelchair for a weekend outing with my mom. She's 78 and doesn't get around well anymore. When picking up and returning the chair, we were greeted outside, assisted with loading and unloading, and 100% taken care of. This is how every small business should be run. Customer service at its best!

Absolutely first rate product knowledge and customer service! Mobility Plus truly understands that their clients have unique life situations that need to be accommodated, and they do a terrific job at it. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are taken care of in a timely manner, and with products that safely fit their needs to assure their independence. I've used other DME vendors in the past, but after experiencing the customer service at Mobility Plus I'll never go anywhere else.

Good experience all around…my many questions were all answered. Now to get used to the chair.

Mobility Plus sent a repairman to my Apt.to repair my old, 3-wheel scooter. I was so impressed by his demeaner and skill, I later went to the Tucson store and found a power wheelchair that was the perfect fit for my short self. It could turn on a dime and was so much safer than my old scooter. The staff listened to my needs and I felt no pressure to buy something. I actually sold myself. They are always available to do minor adjustments and repairs, from my hard use. Their prices are lower than stores that are affiliated with Medicare and those stores can only promise delivery after a four to nine month's wait. I took advantage of their competitive price by purchasing direct without Medicare.
Since my purchase, Mobility Plus opened a second store in Oro Valley - and today I learned that a third location is planned due to their excellent pricing and popularity.

I trust this staff to know their products. They helped me in many ways to find the right lift chair for me.

I was in need of a rental wheel chair for a family member and these folks are Fantastic! Actually I was pretty blown away with all they carry. Granted, I only needed a wheel chair, but it's so nice to know Mobility Plus has anything and everything you'd need for mobility. Their staff was amazing. The store was super clean and organized. If you need help with Mobility, ramps, scooters, walkers, these are the go to people.

Mobility plus is super. Bought an electric wheelchair with all the bells and whistles. Taught me all about it and even put my license plate on my lift. Good people.

We were impressed with the staff who came to measure our stairs for a curved chair lift. We hope the wait to install it isn't too long.

Mobility Plus has a variety of equipment that can help a person get around. The staff was helpful in explaining the options and answering our questions. The Pride battery-powered wheel chair has been really helpful in getting around. It "turns on a dime. " We are grateful for the helpful service that we received. This is a veteran owned business.
