Molly Maid of East Phoenix and Paradise Valley

I can not thank the team from Molly Maid enough for the amazing work they did on my home. I have been in a walking boot with a broken foot and sting a party at my home and I realized I needed help. They came the very next day and took just over 2 hours to clean my large home and it was worth every penny. They were very nice, worked very hard and did not try to upsell me on anything. I would feel comfortable leaving my home with them there knowing that they would work hard and not give me any reason to not trust the team. I will be signing up with consistent services from them and highly recommend you do the same! No other service has been as great as Molly Maids.

Showed up early in the given time frame. Only took an hour. Place was spotless after they left. I’m impressed they were able to get most if not all the dog hair out of the carpet. Just walking in without looking at anything it just felt clean. So happy.

Molly Maid is the absolute best! When our previous cleaning company closed service in our area, Molly Maid came to the rescue, and our experience with them has blown us out of the water. They are always consistent, communicative, prompt, detailed, and leave our home sparkling and pristine every month. We love that the same people are sent to our home every time, which means that the experience and quality of the clean is consistent, that they promptly arrive when they say they will, and it's awesome that each team consists of at least two members so that things aren't rushed or left unaddressed (something that happened with our previous cleaner). The results are the attention and care that sets this company apart. The office is also always pleasant and easy to talk to, and they were happy to find ways to work with our budget and needs. We are so, so happy with Molly Maid and can't refer their services enough. Run, don't walk, to hire them for any cleaning needs!

No matter if you do an occasional clean or a weekly clean this is the right company. All the teams are consistently excellent. They listen to what your particular needs are and meet them. I had a post construction clean and you would never know my house was once a dust bowl

I am getting ready to sell my house and needed it nice and clean for pictures to be taken.

I had team #9 Jesus and Daniela clean my house and they did an amazing job.

They showed up right on time and did an excellent job. My bathrooms look spotless and my floors are now picture perfect just like I wanted.

My house smells clean without overly harsh chemical smells and it was just exactly the help I needed.

Molly maid is just OK. The first time they were at our house, one of the maids knocked one of my wife’s earrings off the wall and broke it. She said she would tell her boss and they would reimburse us and that never happened. It was a cheap earring so it wasn’t a big deal, just a lack of follow through. They also came to my house a few times and did a fantastic job. Then one time the quality went WAY down and they missed a lot of a basic things. They offered to come back and reclean those areas but we had company so we couldn’t accommodate them to come back. They ended up giving us $20 off our next cleaning.

Additionally, there’s not a lot of flexibility around scheduling. We worked with other cleaners where you could cancel a month if you needed to or reschedule, but they will not allow you to cancel without paying quite a bit extra on your next cleaning. Lastly they charge you an exorbitant amount for your first cleaning which is not something any other cleaning company has done to us.

The office personnel were responsive, helpful & customer oriented, and the two cleaners were professional, focused on my priorities and efficient. Great experience, so now I'm signed up biweekly!

Very thorough. Neatly stacked papers and cleaned under and around them. Vacuumed thoroughly. Dusted. Did nice job cleaning bathrooms. Did not speak English but seemed to understand what I was saying. Cleaned sliding glass door that digs use to get into back yard
