MomDoc Women for Women, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley AZ

I love this place. I've always been treated so good here. Brynea and Abbey are awesome, Dr Weber was also great but I'm not sure if he's here anyone. I'd give this place a 10 star if I could. Highly recommend!

I had my first appointment yesterday, and Jennifer Shaw, along with all the staff I came into contact with, was wonderful. She took time to really listen and address my questions and concerns. I will be telling anyone looking for a women’s doctor that this is the place to go!

MomDoc at Queen Creek has been my worst experience with a provider. If you plan on going here please make sure the provider you are seeing is NOT Keli Amparan, CNM. Every question I asked in regards to my health was met with apprehension and rather than answering my questions, Amparan would print me information from the internet. Not only that, but I was not confident with the diagnoses I was given by Amparan, so I went to Mayo Clinic for a second opinion, and it was found I was misdiagnosed at MomDoc and given medication I did not need to take. If you are given a diagnosis at MomDoc PLEASE get a second opinion, you deserve the right answers about your health.

The employees where having a none work related conversation from what my ears could here

Not actually checking people in
the waiting area like I have been use to seeing the staff member doing in the past

One of the staff member yelled at me & said I was late to my appointment
after I gave them my name to pull up my appointment
But was not around to know if I was there
By the way I waited for 5min before going to door
Did not know how to deal with the trashieness of the employees that checked me in
I felt at the time if I was to rectify the situation there would have been some type of argument or annoying load depute with staff

So felt to let everyone that deals with this staff get ready there are some lonely un happy ladies at this place

Not all the staff gave off that vibe of rudeness
But there are never a hole Bushel of apples that go bad just a few

Mom doc made me feel safe and comfortable. Safety standards were great and all the nurses were sweet and kind. I felt understood and listened too and can’t wait to continue to see them.

Love Mom docs! All the midwives and obs are fantastic! Delivered my daughter. They allowed me to listen to my body during delivery and do what I felt was best for me. Highly recommend them.

I had previously been going to a different obgyn that had wonderful reviews but I felt like a # instead of a patient. I switched to MomDoc San Tan Valley honestly because it was so close to where I live. I loved Abby. I believe she is a PA. Only downside is she doesn't deliver but the care she showed me in that one visit superseded all the visits I previously had at my different drs office. She took the time to listen and showed compassion and care. The only negative I will say was there was still a filled urine cup in the bathroom when I went to leave my sample.an easy mistake but probably not a good idea. Overall, I am so very glad I switched.

Rarely do doctors take the time that was spent with me. Caring and listening is so important and I felt dr Shaw was both. My husband came with me and he was impressed also. Thank. Goodness there are still doctors that care and take time.

Beautiful facility. Well staffed with caring and efficient staff. I have referred many women here and we all love MomDoc!

I love Dr. Shaw. She is a real partner with me in my health care. She guided me through four pregnancy losses and was caring and empathetic. She also wasn't shy about telling it like it is. I love her ability to combine frankness with empathy. She rejoiced with us when we adopted a baby girl. She cares a great deal about her patients, and I highly recommend her to all my friends. ️ The staff is also warm and friendly every time I go. Love this office!

Friendly practice! I love Abby Raynor, PA! She always puts you at ease and I have never felt rushed. Abby is so knowledgeable and I feel like I can talk with her about whatever issue, without any hesitation. Definitely recommend!

Staff is fantastic! Makes u feel like family. Recommend these ladies to anyone looking for a doctor!

MomDoc was very comforting to me in fact I cried when I went to the office and saw their approach to patient Care and patient contact I think they're awesome and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone in need of their services.

I have had 4 babies at different office’s and this was the BEST experience that I had with my last pregnancy! I would completely recommend them to everyone! I loved all providers! As well as the staff members!

Been going to Mom Doc for years. Was bummed when my insurance changed and they didn’t take it anymore. Went somewhere else for my yearly, but our insurance changed again and decided to go back to Mom Doc. I get UTIs too often, so I know exactly when I have one. Went in to the Queen Creek location, waited 25-30 minutes in my room to be seen by Kelly. She didn’t introduce herself and asked why I was in today. I told her and she smirked and said, ‘you don’t have a UTI. ’ I responded and explained my symptoms stating I get these all the time and last time it came up with a false negative and after sending it for cultures, it came back positive. She, again, smirked and said, ‘You don’t have a UTI, but we’ll check under our different machine. ’ Left to do that and came back and said it’s false and that I need to come back in a week to make sure it’s gone. I didn’t get prescribed any medications to help with my symptoms. She had no empathy and it was like talking to a wall. She needs better training when it comes to patient care. I work in the medical field and would NEVER treat a patient like that and let them go home symptomatic with zero resolution. Will not be going back and will be canceling my follow up tomorrow.

Dr. Shaw is the most amazing OBGYN! I highly recommend her to all my pregnant friends and family.

I love MomDoc! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I never have to wait too long to be seen and the environment of the office is just warm and relaxing.

I am a new patient and saw Dr. Shaw yesterday. She was amazing and made me feel comfortable and hopeful! I am so glad I found this place.

My first visit was excellent! Dr Shaw sat and took her time to ask me questions about my health history and answer my questions with no rush at all. I am happy that I’ve established care with her at this facility.
