I had a very good experience the doctor are very professional and so caring and so are the nurse assistants.

DON'T GO HERE! The practitioner completely neglected my nieces' concerns during her visit. First of all, she never received her results. After calling back incessantly for two weeks we were finally able to contact the office. Not only did they note tests that weren't even requested, but they also lost her bloodwork. I can't imagine what type of haphazard protocol leaves room for lost bloodwork.
If you're looking for practitioners who actually care and hope for timely test results, this is not the place to go

Extremely satisfied with my visit with Dr. Srinivasan! She was extremely knowledgeable & explained in detail each & every step that we’ll be doing & left me with no unanswered questions & feeling at ease about my upcoming surgery & procedures. It was a breath of fresh air feeling cared for with a plan set before leaving the visit. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful & welcoming. Jeremy was also very prompt to return my call, friendly & detailed with discussing scheduled surgery. Would highly recommend MomDoc to anyone looking for their “go to” obgyn?

I do like this office and the staff. But the scheduling can be quite terrible and that's important when choosing an OB office.
I had an important virtual OB appointment today, found a sitter for my toddler and then found out after my scheduled appointment time that I was scheduled for an in person appointment when it was made clear to me that my appointment was virtual and was even given the instructions for a virtual appointment. I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened, but I believe it is the 4th time now and is becoming quite inconvenient.

Hoping the scheduling gets better and will change my review if it does.

I went here when i was pregnant with my daughter they were very nice and the doctors were very helpful in answering all my questions

Unfortunately the staff is completely rude here. They look annoyed all the time. They don't even pay attention to what I have to say every time I come here with my daughters. Loosing 3 patients today.

The staff are hit or miss honestly. Some are extremely friendly and helpful where as others come off as uncaring and rude. Dr. Raffoul is absolutely amazing! She delivered my daughter and preformed my tubal ligation. She is understanding, thorough with her care, and has great bedside manner. She agreed to do my tubal ligation without hesitation which I know is a problem with a lot of other doctors.

If i could give zero stars i would. I left a urine sample and they left it in the restroom with my name on it (pretty sure thats a HIPAA violation) they let some tweaker looking guy go jn the bathroom without grabbing my sample then he was in there for probably 30 minutes doing who knows what. They told me my results detected no hcg but that makes no sense because 4 at home tests detected it? Anyways pretty sure tweaker guy tampered with my urine sample

This place never maintains time. You will be called after 30 minutes even if you go in time. Happening every time! I have been to other MomDoc but this place is really out of time.

Love it here! Everyone is so nice and respectful to me and answer any questions that I have about my pregnancy!

Not clean at all. Bathroom was disgusting and in the examination room there were spit marks on the trash can.

Would not recommend this place, rude staff and does not consider ones schedule. My wife has been called in for appointments that either get cancelled out or “not booked/mistake” stray from this place, just a warning for any people considering on going there.
Also if you run at least 5 minutes late they will tell you they will wait for you but once you get there it’s a whole different story, thinking of reporting this place with BBB.

I was kind of afraid because of the rating but I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences since I started coming here. The Dr and staff are always cheerful and nice!

I want to mom doc for my first pregnancy so I went for second pregnancy and had the worst experience ever they always rush me out of the appointment and very time I try to ask questions I get don't worry it they don't listen to nothing I'm saying

They will change your appointment last minute without caring about you. I had my appointment 2 weeks ago, they had 2 weeks to call me and tell me they were full booked. This people called me the same day to reschedule my appointment or send me to another location 40 minutes away from home. It’s not the first time they do this to me. Give your business to another place more professional were they know what they are doing.

The doctors have normally all been super cool and helpful.but some things need to seriously change at this place.

We are vulnerable women concerned for our health and child's well being.
We're not boxes you have to check as fast as possible. F***.

I went here when I was pregnant with my son and plan on going back for this pregnancy I had an all around good experience except my doctor that was supposed to deliver my son didn’t that was my only glitch

DR Srinivasan is amazing she is very attentive and she makes sure to go through and resolve all your needs i will refer all my friend here.

Awful place. Waiting over an hour past my "appointment time" (11: 20am) only to find out I was scheduled for 11: 50 am. I've been here since 10: 40 am.do to being a new patitient. During the time of scheduling my appointment I advised them I would be coming in during my lunch hour at work. They have you leave samples in paper cups in the bathroom with only a name on them. No one is collecting them. It's unorganized, cramped, and the staff spend more time gossiping than getting things done.
