While we were ordering our coffee we forgot our card and Moonson Coffee gave us a Coffee for free.

This is, in my opinion, not only the best coffee in Maricopa, but my favorite coffee in the Phoenix area. You can tell the owners love what they do and love the product they put out. On top of all of that, they genuinely care about their customers.

They generally have a standard year around menu, but they also make special drinks every season.

Every drink they have is intentional down to the timing of how long it takes to create a shot of espresso. You really cannot go wrong with any of their drinks. They also only have one size for most drinks; 12 oz. Unlike another super famous and ubiquitous coffee company, they are even intentional with their ice and make sure that when you buy a 12oz drink from them, that you get 12oz of the drink and not just a cup full of ice.

That being said, here are my recommendations.

The Cappuccino: Do not sleep on this. It’s 6oz of beverage. By using the power of math, you will experience the smoothness and simplicity of what someone can create with milk, heat, and coffee. The silky texture will give you a coffee that you rarely get to experience, as most places think that bigger is better, and throw the ratio of 1 part coffee, 1 part milk, 1 part foam way off.

The Monsoon: Espresso, lime, simple syrup, tonic. Sounds weird. Tastes different (most coffee drinks are made with milk…not this one), and the more you drink it the better it gets. A truly refreshing treat. It might not be your thing, but I encourage you to try it at least once. It’s my favorite of the 3 drinks I’m listing.

Iced Americano: There are days you just need black coffee. This is the closest thing you will get to “drip coffee” from them. All I can really say about this is that it’s just…nice.

Anyway, go try them…then keep going back daily…

Unfortunately my iced latte tasted like a cup of milk, I watched as they put one shot of coffee and then filled my cup almost to the top with Milk and added little ice. Will not go back for a $5 cup of milk.

So so delicious! Everytime I’m in Maricopa.this is the spot to go! Must try, definitely recommend. Desert Bloom is my go to, but the others are equally awesome!

We make it a priority to visit Monsoon Coffee! Everything is great and the people are nice. It's a lot of fun to order the surprise option. Keep up the great work

They have The Best Chai Latte! (I wont spend my money anywhere else) Great customer service and location!

Amazing drinks and muffins! I got an iced mocha and my fiancé got a hot chai, we have definitely found our new coffee spot!

Lighting bolt 100% recommend. It's the perfect amount of sweet and bitter taste. Best coffee I've had in a while. The hot coco is also really good

This place has the best coffee in town. We all are very used to Starbucks or DD but their coffee is overly sweet and bitter. Some may like but I love the taste of well made coffee.

I get the sandstorm with Oatmilk every time I come and I quite literally can’t put my cup down because it’s so good. The espresso is smooth and nutty tasting, which is the best. They are also much faster than the major chains. I can park, walk over and get my coffee quicker than the drive thru.

The guys there (maybe the owners) are very friendly! Stop by if you can!
