We had an appointment for a site visit to discuss installation of landscape irrigation and lighting systems for our landscape in Tucson. Unfortunately, nobody showed up for that appointment. We called several times and left messages that day and the following days but our calls were never answered or returned. Of course it was surprising to get a text asking us to leave a review six months later. That speaks volumes. If you’re looking for a professional and reliable company to help with your landscape project, look elsewhere.

Blowing out lines, repositioning lines, changing a valve. Excellent service & reasonable cost

I had them come out to fix a drip system. They did well. I have since tried to call them several times for other work but they never answer the phone: (

They originally did a good job for us. There was a mistake made in the beginning but they did come back and attempt to make it right. Came back a few more times and the workers were always very good and accommodating. But then they didn’t show up at a scheduled opponent and never again answered our calls, voice mails or emails. Basic ghosted us so can, unfortunately, no longer recommend them.

Quick to respond to request for service of leaking valve and reduced a 5 valve system to a single valve (replaced sod with art.turf). Job done quickly and the way I wanted it.will use these guys every time.

I thought the problem was with the emitters, so I proceeded to replace them all. Once Monsoon came over to troubleshoot and found the problem to be something totally different, they fixed the problem and actually knocked off some expense since they did not replace any emitters (replacing emitters would have been their 1st course of action). They are very professional and considerate. I would highly recommend them.

Repair system. Bill and his team are the very best of all providers I've used over the years. They are perfect in every way from a gracious greeting when called to a prompt service call that always resolves the issue professionally. I would use no other.
