Wasn’t real happy with salesperson, wasn’t very customer oriented, advised couldn’t do much with delivery or assisting with pickup although bought 4000 worth of furniture. Pillows do t have plastic in them feathers are just loose in them.

The sales representative was very helpful and very Patient especially to my wife who is a difficult person to work with Mr Jesus Lopez was awesome

I would not recommend going here if you'd like assistance or even a decent greeting and request for assistance. I've been here a handful of times and the only time I had a good experience was when I was ready to purchase something.

Edit: I appreciate the general manager reaching out by phone to figure out what happened as well as trying to right wrongs here. Unfortunately this isn't the first or only bad experience I've had while shopping here in the evening when they're not busy, but that was my last attempt.

This has been one of the best experiences I've had with buying furniture. Its my second purchase with Mor of Casa grande and all I can say is top notch service all the way around.
