They got me in quickly, but that was it as far as speed went. Hard to say that if I didn’t have to cut my time short would she have done a better job. What I ended up with was fine, just the filing was rushed and the paint was done quickly.

I’ll just say that I am not impressed. Basic quality, materials and design BUT with big city prices lol. Definitely subpar customer service. Not transparent about the pricing. Told me one price and was a COMPLETELY different price at the end. No extra services just not honest or transparent. Won’t recommend or return. But that’s just me

They squeezed me in last min for pedicure. One of the best I've ever had. And they didn't even rush it. Very nice service. Definitely my new go-to. Made my day

This place will always get 5 stars from me! I’ve known most of the staff for more than 5 years and they have always done amazing work. The salon is clean and organized and has so many options for services! If you’re in the phoenix area and need a good, budget friendly salon come here! The ownership is outstanding and I always leave the building so pleased.

Pedicure came out quick and pretty! Was unhappy that they made an excuse to not do a manicure soak off despite having time.

Best pedicure I have had in a long time I felt really pampered, relaxed and loved my results! Thong is truly a genius in this area.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The offer amazing work, great customer service, and clean & friendly environment. The shape of the stiletto tips are both slimming and practical. I’ve been on the fence about getting this style because I thought it would limit my ability to perform certain task.it hasn’t because of how thin it is I still have full function of my fingertips if you were thinking about getting it done, do it and do it here!

Did a last minute manicure walk-in on a Saturday morning and got taken care of right away. There's a bit of a communication gap if you want anything too convoluted but overall the people are friendly. The place is clean and the service is fine. Good color selection.
My nails weren't filed down very well but I guess I can fix it at home.
My sister had a different experience where her cuticles weren't cut properly and kind of half-done.

When we went to pay, we got 4 different prices for a manicure from 3 different people. Very confusing. At one point we just agreed to pay whatever the last number thrown out was because we wanted to wrap it up.

It was good enough for a one time thing but not more than that.

Definitely recommend, professional, skilled, exceed expectations quality, cleanliness, customer service, price,
etc.

My gel manicure chipped off with in 3 days…I’m from out of town so I wasn’t able to go back to have them fix it. I read all the bad reviews and went anyways, so just trust all the bad reviews and not waste your money.
