This was the best upgrade I have done to my bike. It used to feel like the stock suspension was fighting me. Now, the bike goes where I want it to go. It rides so much smoother on the loose gravel and washboards.
They are great to communicate with and quick turn around, 3 days back out their door. Great service!
2015 KTM 500EXC

I had a bike done early this year and it was great. Shortly after that I ended up buying new bikes for my son and myself and this week (5 months later) it was time to service those suspensions. Rob got them done in just a couple of days and he was very accommodating. Great guy, informative and patient with customers. Emphatically recommend!

I had herd that Moto Labs did excellent work. I filled out the online questionnaire and was given an appointment to bring my bike in. Living approximately one hour away, i took the bike verses mailing my stock suspension. At 250 pounds the stock suspension was too soft.
I was able to meet Rob and Amy and I found them to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in every way. I now have a bike that has a suspension that was specifically tuned to me. It rides and handles much better.
Thank you Rob and Amy for your time and for doing such a wonderful job on my 500 KTM. I highly recommend Moto Lab. Rob being a rider himself, he spotted a couple of other items that needed attention and fixed me up!

Rob and Amy are very helpful and informative. After getting some measurements and specifics about riding style, etc, we settled on a 1” drop. It works perfectly, much more confidence inspiring. I plan to continue using Motolab for service and of course any other bike I own will definitely be setup through them. Great people great company.

Totally love Moto Lab. I had them lower my 2016 Husky FE350. I love the bike but found myself just wishing I could touch and get on and off the bike easier. Moto Lab made it happen! The shipping process was easy. I've had the bike back for a couple of months now and it handles better than before, probably because I can properly set it up without worrying about making it taller. I called around to providers and chose Moto Lab due to very competitive pricing and the fact that you can reverse the work if you want. I highly recommend to keys.

Rob lowered my 2020 Ktm 250 xcw tpi 2”. It’s arguably the best modification I have done to enhance my learning curve on dirt bikes.
I’m only 5’9” tall, and allowing the balls of my feet to touch the ground is invaluable!
I feel so much more confident and I’m able to do so much more maneuvers on the bike.
Best part is the components can be put back to stock configuration in the future.

Top notch work from Moto Lab.they actually listen to your needs and their work is AAAA+ Highly recommend them.lowered my 2017 ktm 500 exc-f by 2” I’m 5’8” tall with a 30” inseam. I also run the ktm low seat.it has given me the confidence now to tackle the super technical riding that i could not do before since i could only touch the ground with one foot (on my toes). They were a pleasure to do business with and answered all my questions. Great customer service.you will not be disappointed.

Moto Lab has lowered and tuned the suspension on 2 bikes for me and both came out great. Moto Lab does excellent work and has a fast turn around.
