The best bank in apache junction.member experience officer Jose Ramirez was very helpful and courteous we highly recomend this place for the loans good interest rates, and credit card sevice.we will b coming back here again in the future.

Called in with some questions about qualifying for specific types of loans because I’m looking at taking some exciting new steps in my life for me and my family, had to wait on hold for a while but got connected to Coby, he was super helpful and patient because I’ve never really looked into loans before so it’s all new to me, and he walked me through all the info I needed to know to be able to take those steps.

Great representative and set a new bar for customer service for me.

I came in today to discuss opening up a bank account for my daughter. She has the entrepreneurial spirit in her and wants to start a company one day; so we’ve been working on financial literacy. We were paired with Coby R.who was extremely helpful, great with my daughter and was polite and really helped get us. We can’t thank him and MACU enough!

Opened checking, savings and CC balance transfer with the "team" in Apache Junction, CC balance transfer pending for almost a month, was never completed. Courtney/Manager closed her door, Cody's math is at minimum poor, I had to correct him to prevent him from overcharging me to pay off CC balance, closed all accounts, will use Desert Financial CU!

Coby Rosario worse customer service he does your stuff half way rude and doesn’t know how to explain himself if I could rate people I would give him 0

Nothing but good experiences at this bank. We had a lot of fraud issues at our old bank but we have had ZERO problems at Mountain America. Great employees and they always offer my 6yr old candy which he appreciates.

I had to wait just a bit as all tellers were helping other customers. Once it was my turn, I was in and out quickly. Always a smile and friendly tellers.

Nice customer service.but I had about a 7 min wait. The girl helped me with what I needed, plus she helped me with an extra item. Really do like this bank. They always are very nice and polite. Great service.
