I am pleased to say Mountain America Credit Union has shown love and humanity for all it's members. I have never felt discriminated or received emotional scarring just because of my color. My young teenage grandchildren have never been treated unfairly. This is rare especially since this is common for us from so many other establishments. I have referred all my family and I know they legitimately care. They go above and beyond. Thank you Jesus.

I have always been very happily served with quick knowledgeable and friendly associates. Whenever I have had an issue the bank associates have gone above and beyond to help resolve any issue I was having. Great place to do all your banking needs.

BEST banking institution ever. Been with them 35 years. Always a great experience. Great fraud protection as well. Caught and block a fraudulent transaction and replaced my card within 2 hours of the transaction.

Just opened an account with out all the red tape and not wasting my time the person who helped me was great now I am fine with my account thanks. Also I have my credit card.

I gave up regular banking for Credit unions better rates on car better rates on Credit cards lower fees zero fees to get checks-

They only invest money locally (not like big banks who invest in risky things)

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Andrew Frazee at the Phoenix MACU branch. It is not often that I am impressed by service provided, but Andrew was fantastic in helping me with an auto loan. Andrew provided exceptional customer service and was fantastic to work with making the loan process a positive experience. Andrew was very knowledgeable about other banking services available at the credit union that were very beneficial. Hats off to MACU for a super experience.

It was a great experience with Jason who was the officer we encountered in the Thurderbird/7th office when we opened an account. He was very helpful, shared his tech knowledge in installing app in the iphone, went through us regarding online banking, very thorough in his notarial job, and provided extended service when we needed extra request. Excellent!

I used to have problems with this Credit Union but they've changed all of their employees and now it's a lot better.

We did not wait more than couple minutes in the morning. Damian took us his office, he was very helpful. He answered all of our questions. He explained everything detailed. After being told the hold time was 5 to 10 minutes, I spent 21 minutes on hold, only to get a customer service rep totally unable to think outside of the box and give me any options. Obviously following the rules, but there are times in all costumer service fields, when extenuating circumstances make it essential to help the customer by talking with a supervisor or finding a non-traditional option. Don't be so busy spouting rhetoric that you can't help a member with a simple request.

I been with MACU for 4 years since I moved to Utah from Phoenix, amazing service, and I was happy to see that the branch in Phoenix is as good, all the employees here and really nice and welcoming

My RV Loan Experience was Awesome. I pre-qualified over the weekend. Monday morning I called and set an appointment with my local branch office to sign the paperwork. They picked up the application online and I had check in hand for purchase on the same day.

I recently applied for a loan from this credit union through an RV dealer in Prescott. The loan was denied, which is not a problem. But the letter I received from the credit union was a total fabrication. I understand it might cost them an extra few cents to type out the truth on the letter, but lying to potential customers is no way to run a credit union. Do business with them at your risk.

Received 4- "no's" and 2- "hell no's" on a work van I was purchasing before finding Andrew at Mountain America. Seem like lenders want you to have a job but don't want to finance a truck for you to do your job. Andrew asked me a few questions and approved the loan while I was on the phone with him. Immediately, he had all the paperwork to me and 24 hours later, I took delivery. Thank you, Andrew and Mountain America Credit Union.

We got a loan in 70 minutes. Staff was super nice and friendly. If you call their branch you get a human being, not an automated voice in a different branch.
