Do not contact them for emergency needs. We called multiple times to have someone come out to our place to help get the gas working and they never showed up. Their answering service is kind enough, but if you aren't going to show up, don't offer 24/7 services.

We bought a home with an LG split-unit installed by this company in 2019. They installed the incorrect wiring for the system, and when we pulled out the warranty that was purchased, to rectify the problem their installer created, they refused to honor the purchased warranty. Now we have to pay $600 for the repair by another company to correct the issue. Thanks for nothing!

Edit: In response to your reply, my name is not on your records because it was installed with the prior owners of the home. Your company did a dishonest job for the elderly woman who paid for your initial services. The warranty paperwork was given to us when they moved out. And no, I will NOT be removing this ACCURATE review, nor will I be calling your company. We had the unit issue checked out by another local reputable HVAC company, and they confirmed everything and said they know your company well; They were also disappointed.

Terry and Jerry did a great job installing our A/C unit. They were knowledgeable and professional and left the job site as they found it.

These folks at mountain comfort installed a new hvac system for us about a year ago. On a Friday afternoon recently the heat quit working and it was a cold day. I called Cathy and she sent Mike right out. He was able to do a quick repair and we had our heat back right away.

I rarely do this, but I wanted to take a minute to tell you what a remarkable employee you have in Seth Fitzsimmons. In these days of poor customer service, I feel we really need to go out of our way when we see quality customer service and expertise.

Seth is an expert in his field, and we really appreciated it, especially as we don't live in this home full-time and need someone to service us quickly while we're here. He came out on a Sunday, fixed a problem, told us to watch it, and called him back if it happened again.

We had an issue the next day, and he came out within an hour of my call.

He is an asset to your company and has made a lifelong customer out of us.

Thanks to Tom at Mountain Comfort. The heater went out at our granddaughters mobile home. She has a tiny baby. We called at 8 am and Tom arrived by 11 am. Not only did he quickly diagnose and fix the heater, he also re-lit her water heater. Thank you Tom and Mountain Comfort.

Lester would not even give us the common courtesy of calling us back. Do not do business with this company they have NO customer serve skills and workmanship is very lacking.
