Kurt arrived on time, even called before he came. Very cheerful & energetic, even in late afternoon. He really knows his stuff! My free standing gas stove for supplemental heat is up & running, very quickly & reasonably priced. Kurt & his son Billy even took the time to pet & coo at my dog, who is skittish around men & was barking at them. A heart, along with his expertise.can't beat that!

I would give no stars if I could because my experience with Kurt was the worst ever. I contacted him about a year ago about my fireplace, but there was no communication from him. He made promises over the phone that he did not follow through on, and every time I spoke with him, he seemed to have no idea who I was.
Don’t believe the positive reviews they must be from his friends.
