I needed to find a new primary care & I did here. They were sweet, quick & very helpful. I love Amy, she’s a NP there. I appreciate her being so understanding & for hearing me out.

I had to wait 20 minutes in this "virtual waiting room" because I was sent a txt to click the link. I was told the provider was late due to running behind with other patients. ON THE OTHER HAND, I didn't need the link for the appt because the provider did the telehealth visit over the phone and not video! Overall, the physician was nice and professional.

Great people and amazing doctors. They get the job done and then your out! Thank you for servicing us.

Love this clinic! Especially Dr. Sy! Has been my wife and I's Dr.for 11 years. Always kind, professional and friendly. Wouldnt trade her for a farm in Texas!

They don’t care about how you feel and your time they put you in the room for two three hours without any thing

They never answer the phone. They keep you on hold for more than 40 minutes. It’s so hard for make an appointment in this place. Never call them it’s a waste of time

I have my PCP Dr. Cy here and my ob Dr. Jennifer Allen and love them both. They're great doctors that I'd recommend, and have recommended, to anyone.
Both of them are always willing to answer any questions I have and are very straight forward with me, which I super appreciate.
And they ask questions I hadn't even thought of, after my car accident especially Dr. Cy was sure to be thorough and make sure I had follow up with physical therapy.
10/10 would recommend.

I don’t wait more tha 10 minutes, for they to call me, very clean. Lab on site, also pharmacy kiosk from Walgreens.

They don't monitor people who come in n OUT of the clinic (a few homeless men asking for money)
Charge INS for things that were completed

I walked in without being acknowledged, I had to walk around the lobby watching what other people were doing for me to know how to sign in.
I sit and wait hoping I signed in correctly then my name is called up to the front desk. The woman holds her hand out without saying a word. I hand her my cards which I knew she needed because I also work in the medical field. She said your a new patient making an appt with Jennifer? I said, YES. She hands me my cards back n says, have a seat they'll call in a sec. I do.

Soon, a woman walks out with cup in hand and calls me. I'm following her but I'm unable to keep up with how fast she's moving so I'm just lost in the hallway.

She finally realized I'm not with her so she comes back NO APOLOGY NO NOTHING just a hand waving at me to come on.

We get to the bathroom and she points to the room i will be in and she walks away, doesn't tell me what do, or where to leave my cup i Assume I should wrap my cup in a paper towels and carry it with me to the room. So I did.

I get to the room n see this small SIGN stating to leave ur cup in the sink. She takes my Vitals have me change, and a woman comes in that doesn't look like a jennifer, she's a Mohammad instead which is fine BUT I made made my apt wit a Jennifer. So I wasn't too happy about that.

The procedure was one of the most uncomfortable things I ever had to deal with. That's all im saying about that

I get dress, MA. Comes in and says follow me, before I can grab my things shes gone again. There I am LOST IN THE HALLWAY AGAIN! Tip: SLOW DOWN new ppl don't know where they're going!

I had to get some blood wrk done, they skip my number, calling 18, I walked up n said 17 hasn't been called.

Homeless people kept asking people in lobby for money.

5days later, I get a call saying THEY MISPLACED MY SPECIMEN and THAT I NEED TO MAKE AN APPT TO RETURN TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN! Which means being CHARGED A SECOND TIME because they ALREADY billed my INS for the lab work they LOST.

WORSE EXPERIENCE I have EVER HAD with a doctors office

This place is a joke. Not only do they treat other employees horribly, but they honestly do not care about your health. We have tried this place for over a couple of years and I have to say we gave them numerous of tries but overall they really do not care about your health. You literally have to wait over 2 hours after your scheduled appointment date. I advise NOT GOING HERE.

I went to see a doctor and instead of helping me find a solution to my problem he prescribed me pills, that I would have to take for the rest of my life. No thank you. They find the easy way out and just put medications down your throat instead of finding other methods.

I have been coming here for 5 years, doctors are never on time. They have you waiting 30 minutes or more once they call you to the back. Nice staff just the system. If you make a appointment please see patients on time not hours later. If I could rate them with no stars I would.

I don't understand how a medical/doctor's office can have phone lines that DO NOT FUNCTION!? Multiple occasions have been on a waiting line for over an hour and a half waiting to speak to ANYONE. Before having to hang up (Because like many, I have a life, and can't sit on hold to make an appointment FOR HOURS on end) What a joke! If I could rate NEGATIVE stars I would.

Love this place. I go here every month or every two months to get my iud checked and so far I've love it from the ob doctor to the assistants there. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very great facility.

Dr. Davise is truly amazing, very caring and understanding doctor. He's been extremely helpful and I can't thank him enough. I've always had great experiences with this location, everyone is friendly, helpful and kind. It's weird to say but I always look forward to coming here for that very reason. I don't ever have to wait to get seen or helped and that's not something you see very often. I appreciate the fact that when I'm there, my time isn't waisted.

Very professional and very clean! A place you can go for all of your medical needs. If you want to be put on anti-depressants, they will let you talk to their behavior health specialist first to rule out any underlying issue probably maybe get you some counseling or something that you might be too embarrassed or proud to ask the doctor about.

The FNP Buckley was not a helpful provider. She made me wait an hour to tell me she wouldn't refill a medicine I've been taking for a decade. This practice is a joke.

It's super convenient, they're Open late! That's huge in my opinion for working parents. My care is on the second floor, not sure about their first floor.

Awesome! Very friendly and professional. I arrived early and they were able to see me right away.

Dr. Preet Mangat is fantastic. She shows genuine concern and never makes the patient feel rushed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a general practice physician.

I don't see how you can go to a doctor and they not send a prescription over. Not to mention the Dr. Was a dick. Will be getting a different doctor and would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. Stupidity at its finest.
