Great veterinary office! Dr Bob very personable, and thorough! My dog was at ease, almost immediately. Would highly recommend this office for your fur babies!

Vet does examine but not in front of you.
Just not happy with the experience I had there the last 2 times

Awesome practice and staff. My Boxer was so calm with Dr Amy and she treated him so sweetly. Actually sitting on the floor petting his head and neck. He loved it! She explained everything to me and gave me options to try.

The vet service was great and the vet I spoke to was great.buuttt. I've come to discover that they have no desire to work with you financially. Which means if you are in a bind and your dog needs care you're SOL. It'd be one thing to have a customer not offer a solution at all but it'd be reasonable if a customer offers you a way to handle the whole bill financially and you don't entertain any affordable option is a little unreasonable. Our dogs are our family. And we'll take them somewhere else that treats them as such. I don't expect any of these services to be cheap or free, but I would expect a vet to be able to work with someone when there is a hefty bill. Especially when I explain that I have a way to cover said bill, but it is not immediate. Sometimes you can't just immediately come up with a wheelbarrow full of cash.

I love this Place for they are professional, caring & attentive to the needs of your pets! Great wonderful staff all the way around

I highly recommend Mountain View Animal Clinic! Everyone in the office, the vet techs, and the veterinarians are extremely kind and caring. Dr. Amy and Dr. Bob have always given my pups the very best care possible. The Mountain View Animal Clinic team truly is the best of the best!

We have used this vet a long time and this visit was terrible. I took a such cat in an emergency to them after calling them. Once there the helper took the cat in another room returning 5 minutes later with a treatment form to sign over 500.00. I said I would like to talk to Amy first and the helper said she was busy. This irritated me because this was a serious situation and I felt Amy should have came and explained what was going on instead of a helper and administrative person asking me to sign a 500.00 treatment form. Not sure what is going on at this clinic it did not used to be this way. They made me and my situation feel it wasn’t worth the doctors time to speak with me before trying to get me to sign an evaluation form. I do not plan on using this vet again. Never had issues with the older staff.

Just moved to vail from California.friends referred us, and we are so happy with Mt view animal hospital. The staff at check in were so nice and helpful. The tech and doctor that saw our little girl were so nice. The whole experience was awesome and our doggie was happy with them too and that’s what counts. Thank you to all

Mountain View has a fantastic location, wonderful staff, and fair prices. For as long as I live in the Tucson area, I will never change my primary Veterinarian.

We absolutely love Mountain View Animal Clinic! Dr Amy is fantastic with all of our pets. She is compassion, thorough, and an out of the box thinker, which we appreciate. The staff is wonderful and genuinely cares for our dogs. We are so happy to be a part of this family!

We had to put our 14 year old sweet shih tzu poodle to sleep. The staff was so caring and helped us through this very hard time. Can't say enough how wonderful they were.

This is my actual experience with this clinc and by no means was I offered anything to publish this review.
Had to say that because the expectation is fair and unbiased and that is what my reviews are.

Even though this facility has changed ownership I can say that I will always give this Clinic my business for as long as they stay in Vail. In some respects this office has actually gotten better since my last visit the staff excellant In all aspects courteous, professional I could not ask for a better overall visit!

Give this animal hospital/clinic a try I really cannot see how anyone would not like the care they provide!

My dog Charlie recently had an incident in which a small piece of his ear tore, which caused substantial bleeding. It was early in the morning and I was home alone, so trying to get the bleeding under control plus calling various pet hospitals was one of the most stressful situations that I've ever been in. After being told that there were no appointments available at the hospitals, I called Mountain View and they immediately agreed to take him in even without having available appts, and they'd just work on him in between other appointments. I was able to roughly bandage his ear but by the time I arrived, it had come off and there was blood EVERYWHERE. I was so grateful to the Mountain View team not only for letting me take him in, but for the compassion and care that they took when I was a nervous wreck covered in blood in their office. I was super close to bawling right then and there, just from sheer gratitude! They stitched up his ear and got him on his way and I could not say enough great things about this office and the team.

We took our German Shepard there to establish care. Making an appointment was easy, the front desk ladies were super nice. The enviroment was very clean and welcoming, and the vet techs and the veterinarian were great! I highly recommend this place!

The level of expertise and genuine compassion for animals cannot be beat. Dr Amy Hoffman is extremely knowledgeable, personable, kind and compassionate. There is no doubt that everyone employed here cares about your pet as much as you do.

The veterinarian here is fantastic. He's very thorough and never makes you feel rushed. He personally follows up on phone calls. The vet techs are great, as well as the front desk. Everybody is very nice. Really happy to have found this vet.

Just moved to Vail from the metro-Phoenix area. So pleasantly surprised to find a really friendly, "hometown" practice. The staff are professional and caring. After coming from clinics which seem more like factories, this is a refreshing change. The doctor took time to explain and make sure my questions were answered and even asked for a email follow-up. They did not push additional prescriptions or services.

The one thing I would change is to be able to stay my pet during the exam.
