Mountain View Casitas, Phoenix AZ

Waiting 6 months now for them to fix a hole in our bathroom wall from the "fumigation" to get rid of roaches. Worst customer service ever. Plus more than 450 a month electricity bills in the summer. 0/10. Would not recommend. Unless you like roaches, terrible customer service and useless amenities, stay away.

For the life of me I could not find an apartment I was looking for I found the number before and after I needed to complete my delivery. Sorry you didn't get your order you should've put a bldg number half the parking lot was roped off due to wet asphalt.

I love living here it's amazing I love swimming in the pool by myself mainly because out here it's very peaceful and quiet and the bushes with flowers are very pretty.

I've lived here for six years. When Graystar was the owner, it was terrible. Cockroach infested, slow maintenance, rude staff, etc.

Two years ago AMC took over and it's been a world of difference! Better communication, way more efficient, everything is cleaner, they improved the overall look with new paint, they added a map of the complex which is super helpful for deliveries, they built a small dog park which is awesome, and they recently re-did the parking lot, so no more pot holes!

Overall, it's a pretty good place to live.

I just want to say that the manager John Crawford at this property Mountain View Casitas HAS exceeded my expectations. He has always went above and beyond for his tenants. He’s so understanding, patient and respectful. Life can get hard and throw challenges at times and to have a manager to genuinely CARE is rare. So this man needs to definitely be recognized. I appreciate you John thank you for making living here so fun and a great experience

Just a quick shout out and thank you to all office staff who makes these things happen. Like many we may wait which seems like forever to get things fixed, but I must say and give thanks to our office staff whenever we have an ask or a need for pest control I don't think they could be on it any quicker and anybody who's ever had a bug in their house knows how much you appreciate quick response time thank you.

The management, John and his assistant Martika, have been really helpful and very understanding with our needs. The maintenance man, Danny, had been excellent in keep the property in good shape.

Martika was fantastic! She went above and beyond answering every question before even asked!

She helped us feel comfortable and motivated to lease with the property!

Jon was very nice and informed me of flex and walked me through how to use it. Hes been very on top of all of our issues and get it done in a timely manner.

I have lived here almost 8 years, every apartment complex has their share of problems but over all managers and maintenance have been friendly and professional. I just wish the neighbors had the same reputation. I wish it was a gated community, that is my only thing.

When my ceiling in my shower fell it took them over month to fix it, I have been having to take cold showers in my bathroom because I don't get hot water in my shower. I have been waiting for over 2 months to get it fixed and they keep giving me nothing but excuses and now they won't even answer my phone when I call

I have always been shown the upmost, courtesy, and respect with their staff, they’ve had reoccurring management, but the office staff has always shown that they care. They’ve always shown empathy to our situations and if I knew nothing else, that would be enough to always want to be with them.

Worst experience ever in my whole life.we paid them too much money to not have hot water all year long and having my car vandalized more then 3 times. On top of that me and family returned keys while spending all of Saturday cleaning and leaving the apt in a rental position for any one to move in. 2 weeks later get a call from sharkisha saying our deposit of $850 is not refunded because we had left the apt trashy, on top of that they asked for $150 to be paid or they will send to attorney on Wednesday March 15th if we didn’t agree to their terms. If being taking advantage of was an example here it is. I had asked the lady sharkisha if I can see the apt or the things they had to fix her response was Someone moved in already. Please be advised about this complex and read the reviews that stand out!
