Mountain View Pediatrics, Flagstaff AZ

Giving a 3 because we usually have a great experience. I am giving today's experience a zero. I called with concerns that my son may have scabies or chix pox. The on call Dr called and she basically mad me feel like an idiot. She was very rude and condescending. Told me to treat it like a rash when it's obviously not. I wish we had more options up here for healthcare.especially pediatric.

This is a disgusting dr office they do not help children do not care have no cares and they steal ur address from ur file. I'm sorry isn't that a violation of hippy! I'm pretty sure ur not allowed to use the address for ulterior motives! They are violating peoples rights! Don't take ur children here! The office staff steals people's personal infor.ation.this is purely disgusting

Mariela elena has zero compassion.
She was very unprofessional. I called and let them know and nobody has gotten back to me at all. Oh they did however block me on Facebook. They do not care and I have been taking my kids here for a couple years.

Very unprofessional. Mariela elena called me back from this office. She would not listen to me and was very very rude on the phone. Nasty ppl terrible facility. Everytime my kid goes in for a checkup they get sick the same day. I told the ppl in the office and they said they would have someone call me to try and solve the issue bit nobody has reached out. They did block me on Facebook though. Horrible service from "medical professionals.

Fabulous care for kids. The team advocates for children and gives strong support to parents. We have had excellent care with Dr Berger. Thank you Dr Berger!

We love Dr. Berger and Sierra! They are always so kind and welcoming. They make our kids feel comfortable and are very thorough with their care. We highly recommend!

Dr. Bosch is a great pediatrician, she always answers our questions and takes wonderful care of our son. The staff at Mountain View is very friendly as well.

Dr. Tuckman takes the time to listen to my concerns regarding my son. He is patient and kind. His passion to care for kiddos is clearly shown. Thank you for all you do.

Also, all docs, nurses, office staff are top notch! Thank you for all you guys do too!

My son and I both love Dr. Berger, he’s been seeing her for 11 years. The nursing staff is also excellent here.

Everyone at MVP is amazing! Always friendly and knowledgeable. We just had our 2nd child and so happy we get to take her here also. We love our Dr. Isles she is the best!

We've been so happy going to Mtn Veiw Pediatric for the last 8 years. Dr DeLeva has always makes me feel supported as a mother. All of the other providers and office personnel we've worked with are wonderful too.

I highly recommend Mountain View as the top choice for my child's care. Even when they have a full schedule, the providers make time to see your child. I completely trust their expertise and appreciate the kindness that everyone at the clinic shows. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality care for their child.

We have 3 children (ages 8,4, & newborn). We are new to the area, but have already been in multiple times and seen three different providers here. We’ve been impressed with everyone we’ve seen. I love that they are open for sick visits on Saturday and Sunday so we don’t have to go to an instacare if someone is sick on a weekend. They’ve also been really great to help us get referrals arranged for one of my daughters who requires a specialist.

Dr Lauren Hayward, MD. Is patient kind and helpful. Thank you for all your help. You are truly amazing!

Dr. Iles is truly the best, she cares so much for the kids, always makes my daughter feel comfortable and safe.

My son has been under Dr. Berger's care since he was born and she is just the best at what she does.

One of the best appointments I have ever had for my children's annual appointment. We have been seeing Dr. Tuckman for years. Wouldn't choose another pediatrician for my children. I've never had a negative experience. It has always been positive. I swear they love my kids, as much as I do lol. Have also seen other providers for sick visits and all of them are wonderful.

We love Mountain View Peds. The entire staff is so friendly, love our nurse & Drs there. Highly recommend them
