This place is actually cute and charming but the deal breaker was the roaches. Had them from day one. Always had an exterminator coming monthly but the problem never got better. Had to leave after 8 months because at that point to roaches were crawling on us in our sleep. It’s a charming spot but it was a living nightmare for me. Also they say it’s a one bedroom but it’s obviously a studio.
