Nice location with friendly staff and trainers. Never too crowded for my workouts. I enjoy working out at this location.

Steve and everyone are awesome! Always so welcoming and informative, you're not just another face. Great amenities, good gym equipment. They got a new charging station which is neat too. The facility and staff are great with families.

If you’re looking of r a gym that will terminate your membership for not wearing tennis shoes, this is the place for you! This is the worst of the mountainsides by far, the staff are rude and ignorant, highly recommend any other gym than this one.very disappointing!

Love this location! Staff is always kind and it’s a nice change from the busier clubs to get a good workout in! Highly recommend!

The worst mountainside by far, it’s tiny, the staff are always very rude, and this personal trainer Steve is and has always been the worst part about this gym. He personally harassed me 3 different occasions, and he feels that his ego is heightened when he’s try’s to ruin my day. Please if you’re reading this go to any other mountain side, this one does not handle their employees very well. I am extremely dissatisfied as an avid gym goer about how disgusting and disrespectful their staff is! Please fix this mountainside.

I have been a member for 13 plus years and have seen many GM’s come and go. I want to give a shout out to the current GM Kalie. She has brought guidance and stability to the location. She’s always willing to help if there is an issue and she’s really hired/trained her staff well. It’s always nice when you are checking in and getting a nice greeting and also when you are leaving.

I just thought she needs to be recognized.

This is supposed to be a premier location but not sure which is more geriatric. The equipment or the members. Won’t be back.

I paid the premium of a month to month plan knowing I would be moving at an uncertain date. I called in to cancel my service and was told I needed to be in person but I already moved. I was told that I couldn't cancel over the phone because of fraud. Lol Who is calling to cancel other peoples gym memberships and how would that not be easy to solve when they keep showing up. This is what you should expect from a bad gym not an established one.

Writing specifically about the great changes with the child care management. They truly have been awesome and gone above and beyond interacting and plying with my kids. My kids rarely like being without me and enjoy going all because the friendly girls.

The gym and the child care is clean, well kept and the child care staff is great and always good to my girls. My girls love going to the child care at this location.
