I love this gym! The daycare staff is so friendly & im always motivated to go in after dropping off my kids. The gym is always kept clean & I love the protein smoothies as a post workout meal. Honestly if it wasn’t for this place I wouldn’t be as happy as I am! This is for sure my happy place

Absolutely love it here! Childcare is phenomenal, my daughter is always so excited to come. The caregivers are friendly, attentive and always excited to see her too. The classes were a huge selling point for me and the instructors are amazing. If you’re thinking about starting a membership, do it!

Visited mountain side from out of town and have been dying to go back since. By far the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Could not recommend enough!

Great gym! I like that there’s plenty of equipment, a full basketball court, and the sauna. My toddler loves the childcare and my wife loves the yoga, Pilates, and barre classes offered.

I have been coming here for 6 years and the staff have amazed me with their professionalism and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment to promote health. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
