Outstanding! Ayla's classes have transformed my body and my aches and pains! Every class is different and they build upon each other to gradually melt away years of tension and patterns (body and mind.) Ayla is amazing at giving each student attention and gentle correction when needed; plus she is deeply loving, compassionate, and caring. Do yourself the honor of spending time in Ayla's very unique classes! She is one my favorite parts of Sedona!
