MPG Automotive Services – 22nd St. reviews
33Service was good and the experience was great for the first time of using the business. I'd return again everyone was polite and very helpful.
I will never trust to go anywhere else. My car is my only form or transportation and I believe MPG will always be honest. My car has always been well taken care of by MPGs employees and they are always honest with my cars needs. I love it!
Caring professional staff! Did a great job quickly and efficiently! Bob Wolf really went out of his way to make sure we were informed and took the time to try to save us the most money. Great experience! I highly recommend MPG!
Work was done good. Despite the dealership failing to deliver the needed parts on day promised.
Best place ever I called in great service they said they can squeeze me same day I went they where fast with great service I'm so happy with them will be coming g here for me oil.changes forever lol
As a person that has used discount tire exclusively for years. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at MPG. Discount Tire mistreated my wife and left and my son in a really bad position. MPG not only saved the day, they did so at the end of their work and totally made my wife feel good and relieved her stressed. After suffering a blowout my wife suggested MPG and when given the chance I will use their service as long as they service my area. I’ve already recommended their service to several members and I’m proud to share my experience with them in the review.
I looked this company up and saw how many good reviews they had before I brought my car in. I've had a good experience car was fixed within a day they even provided Transportation home. Not something you find all the time. I'll keep going back and I would recommend them.
The first time I brought my vehicle in, I got an oil change. I didn't notice, till I had to replace a fuse, that my engine cover was missing. I called about it and they said the mechanic noted about it. They tried looking for it and couldn't find it and they could find me a replacement but it would cost me. Not happy about but since I get free oil changes, tire rotations and wipers once a year with "free maintince for life" from Scott Lehmen, I will continue to bring my vehicle in.
Visiting Tucson, a nail found it’s way in the side wall of our truck tire. Luckily we found MPG on E. 22nd Street. Staff were very helpful and seemed to make the ordering of a new tire for us and getting it installed a priority! Staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient! We come to Tucson to spend our winters and we will surely return to this MPG store for future needs! We highly recommend!
Friendly and if they can't do a good job on it, they're up front and refer you to the best place to get it fixed.
Monica the front girl was the sweetest person to my daughter and I. She put on on show that was appropriate for my daughter while we waited. She was helpful and kind on the phone and in person. The tech who replaced my tire was efficient and quick! I will definitely be back!
It was quick and easy, I only waited about an hour. I wasn’t offered any paperwork for what was done to my car so I don’t have any proof that they did. I should’ve asked but you’d think they’d offer.
I went for an oil change. Then the service person come back telling me that their an oil leak on my engine and needing a battery.
I paid for oil leak last time. My finding is that some did not clean their mess from last time and I paid for insurance. But she has the nerve to say I have to pay if the leakage was not her fault. The battery was just dirty with build up corrosion
