Excellent service from Mule Mountain. Beth in the office explained everything in a through way and was able to accommodate our schedule and help us get on the calendar quickly for monthly maintenance. Stephen who came to our home was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful on expanding on other potential services. Prices are fair and very convenient scheduling system.

We have used Mule Mountain Pest control for over two years. The techs are always friendly and professional. Great help in controlling scorpions, spiders, and red ants.

Receptionist is rude and condescending. It's bugs lady! It should be easy to get all set up but instead I got talked to like a two year old by a lady whose voice is nails on a chalk board. I'll hear it in my nightmares.

Called and was given an appointment for two weeks later. Was asked to give a $100 advance from my debit card.
Received a call 5 days before the appointment and was told it would be another two weeks.
Okay. I can take a hint. Even though I've been an excellent customer in the past, never an issue. I won't bother them again.

It took calling 6x to get Beth to answer the phone she was incredibly rude and insulted me on what I was asking. I own multiple properties and was wanting (key word WAS) to get all of it set up for regular pest control and to get a estimate on some rats at one of the properties. She was hostile when I asked about getting it set up, said that she could do it all for the same day and then nothing happened. She wouldn't answer her phone from them on. Horrible company if that's who they employe. I will let everyone know to get another company and tell who referred me my experience from hell

Great! Mike was extremely professional. He explained the inspection process and how they provide their findings & recommendations completely and clearly.

All I can say is, if you are looking for great service, then Mule Mountain are the people to reachout to. My service guy is Jake. He comes once a month. He is efficient, knowledgeable and on time to appointment.

Service person arrived late. Did a cursory inspection. Did not look in any bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, or attic. Also did not look under the appliance where I said I had a heard the mouse. Said that since he saw no droppings that I probably did not have a mouse problem and there was no need for extermination. I paid more than $120 for this “inspection”. A few days after he left, I heard the mouse again. It feels as if I’ve just thrown that money out the window. Photo of so-called non-existent mouse below.

I left a message in Dec. Didn’t get a call back. Called again 1/10 and scheduled an inspection for the following week. The day of they canceled & rescheduled me for the following day. Called that day & rescheduled me for the following Tuesday. One week after my original appointment. It’s now been an over week and nothing. I was supposed to receive an estimate. It’s now Wednesday 2/1. Nothing. I’m not impressed and cannot recommend them at this point.

Today i had the pleasure of monthly pest service provided by Mule Mtn Pest tech, Tony Patrick. He was promptly on time, in good spirits despite the frigid cold morning, and was attentive to my pest report and concerns. We walked the property area and discussed problematic concerns and remedies. He also explained that if i did/didn’t want treatment in typical areas, to advise him. He explained, “where would i want the treatment applied, if i was the customer? Not everyone wants the same areas sprayed” That’s excellent CS mentality, that has gone to the wayside in years past. Well done Tony for putting the customer concerns first and taking time to listen to my concerns and addressing them accordingly.

Miguel Leyba, with Mule Mountain Pest Control, was the technician that serviced our home. We are 'new' clients.so new we haven't even moved in yet.

We asked for pre-move in service on the outside of our new home.

When Miguel arrive the Cowgirls that are taking care of our fur babies until we get there were already at the property.

From what we understand while Miguel was working his way around the house he noticed spider activity inside our home.

When he confirmed his suspicion he called us to ask for permission to treat the inside.

Of course we said YES and thanked him for being so thorough and thoughtful of a client he has yet to meet.

Miguel give the level of service our 'parents' talked about getting in "the good old days".

Monthly pest control service. I had Miquel as my tech and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped with mouse control in our garage and used a spray to control the mise. He explained what he would do before spraying the area and showed the ingredients to me. I felt that he really cared for his customers.
