Scammers! The owner is self absorbed who wants only your money and doesn’t even try to make it right! They sell lemons here! Don’t buy from these scammers! They ripped me off and sold me a busted truck! I’m out 7000$ on buying a new transmission that was about to break when they sold it! You will be too with the amount of labor you have to put into literally anything you purchase from them. They will scam you using sharpies on black cars and lie through their teeth! Recently bought a 2017 Nissan Titan XD with a lift kit from here. It had an engine light with improper fuel trim as their explanation for the light but they worked hard to assure me that unless the engine blew it was all okay. They rushed me into the sale and were quick to brush off any concerns I had about the truck, saying, “it’s a used car they all come with scratches. ” In 3 weeks I drove this thing up and down Arizona including into the snow up north. One day while commuting home 3 weeks after purchase the truck stops accelerating and I had to get it towed to the shop and I’m told that the transmission needs to be completely rebuilt. The dealer vehemently denies any issues on their end and aggressively claims it’s my fault. Brother I can’t destroy a transmission through normal use in 3 weeks that’s just impossible for the amount of damage done. The mechanic I have working on the truck told me that the transmission was likely on its last legs when I bought it and the dealer is making the excuse that because it’s dirty and has mud caked into the undercarriage they’re claiming it’s gone into extreme conditions and it’s my fault. (It’s not & I didn’t.) The damage done in the transmission where there’s metal powder essentially tells me that this was done over time. The truck has a fifth wheel in the bed for work, because the prior owner was probably using it for work it wasn’t rated for and they failed to discuss this prior to the purchase as well. I’m a combat vet and I can tell you these people are not honest and will say anything to get your money. They will not do anything to reduce the price, the vet discount was a mere $250 on a nearly $40K truck, a measly. 6% that couldn’t even drive 3000 miles without breaking down catastrophically. You’re better off going to a legitimate dealer. These people and their vehicles are garbage. Let my mistake be your gain and don’t go here!

Look at their reply below! They continue to make excuses and try to place the blame on me. Again, dirt and mud doesn’t destroy a transmission. Driving through puddles on a camping trail in Prescott is going to get the truck dirty, mud is kicked up onto the truck from the tires, the owners excuses are dismissive and cunning. I drove this truck normally the entire time I’ve owned it and have treated it better than likely anyone who’s had it under their care. This company is garbage and continues to shirk responsibility all while counting their money. Trust me go somewhere else! The owner refuses to take responsibility for the damages the cars come with! I have multiple mechanics and inspectors pointing the finger at the dealer for selling me a broken car and instead he plays stupid games! Trust me go to a legit dealer!

Saw a vehicle I liked on their website and spoke with Anthony over the phone.
They gave me numbers up front over the phone so I could review them.

Stepped in the lot twice.
1. To test drive the vehicle
2. To take the vehicle home

Mind you, it's about a 45-minute drive from my house.

These guys made it easy and painless, and they were transparent the whole way through.

The next vehicle i buy will definitely be from these guys.

Overall time spent: 20 minutes on paperwork. Fast, simple, and helpful, what more could you ask for.

Munich Motors is the only place I trust to bring my vehicle for service. I’ve previously purchased multiple vehicles from them and they have been nothing but the best! I have used Munich service for many of our families car repairs. I trust that what they say is wrong with our vehicles is truly legitimate. Their prices are fair and competitive. I had my car towed to Munich from another repair shop once due to the high estimate I received. It turned out I did not need all of the repairs that were being quoted and saved money. My car has been running great ever since.

If I could rate this company a 0 I would they sold us a lemon and lied to our face saying nothing was wrong with the car, it has had a blown turbo, bad fuel injectors and now a new clutch and new engine is being replaced they even went as far as zip tying the hoses so they didn’t have to replace parts, we have drove this car approx 500 miles and it has been in the shop for 3 of the 4 months I have owned it, I am out of pocket another $6000, they couldn’t even send us the headrest they promised the car was missing they are shady and took advantage of my son this car was a ford RS, Scott and Anthony are crooks don’t trust them, they are liars

Your response to my review was very misleading you made it sound like my extended warranty you sold me covered the cost of the repairs wrong I had to pay the extra cost of labor ford charges before the warranty only covers a percentage of labor the clutch is not covered either, not to mention I drove home from Phoenix from your dealership to Utah and had to stop 50 miles out to secure the plastic plate underneath it was dragging you told us the car was mechanical sound you checked it yourself, you knew it was rallied and ready to blow up, you have no integrity and I hope
No one else gets scammed like you scammed my young son yes we are out approx $6000 out of Pocket after all cost and I still don’t have our car

Spot on place to go! Reassured me my purchase was sound, after dealing with the big car dealers on used cars I had MM go over mine and I feel so much better knowing these guys are above the norm, straightforward and honest.

I bought my first truck from Munich over a year ago use it as my daily driver all over town for work and everything else and have had 0 problems with my vehicle 1 year later.the guys at Munich were very helpful and informative through the whole process of buying my truck, friendly honest guys and had me on the road within an hour. Will definitely be the first place I go for any future motor vehicle purchases. Great all around experience.

I have been going here for over a decade and this past year things have changed. I spent thousands of dollars attempting to fix a problem that they couldn't identify because they kept plugging in to the diagnosis computer rather than looking at my car. I don't know what happened here but they are con artists and no longer have any credibility.

As someone who was purchasing their first car, I was extremely nervous and meticulous about what car I purchased; especially, since I am located over 1,000 miles from Munich Motors. Both Anthony and Scot welcomed me with awesome personalities and made me feel comfortable by answering any questions I had with great detail. I can usually read when someone is only concerned with getting a sale because I’ve worked in sales since I could work; but with these guys, I could tell that they had my best interest at heart. I definitely recommend that you shop with them. They have great cars that I’m sure you’ll love.

I bought a 2017 Mustang GT from this dealer, and Anthony (salesman who helped me) was great to work with and very honest about their stock. The finance manager, Scot, was amazing as well, and made the car buying experience go by smoothly. Great dealer, great team!

Took my 2012 BMW X5 here for repairs and I was so happy with how it repaired! Adam in service explained everything that needed repair and it was done quickly.

They had just sold the car I saw online when I got there. They were very accommodating and non pushy while they were showing me other options.

Wonderful selection with cars.somewhat nice.but if you are not a middle aged white man with excellent credit, they will not give you the time of day.

I generally tend to avoid car dealerships and stick to buying cars online or private party, as I hate the typical sleazy car salesmen experience. Let me tell you that Anthony at Munich Motors and their entire team are the complete opposite of that, and provide a truly authentic great customer service. No pushy tactics, no pressure experience. I went in to look at their 2017 M2, as I’m getting ready to replace my Cayman S. While an incredible car, I realized I’m looking for a more raw driving experience so I am still searching for the right replacement, but the impression I walked away from still made me write this review. On top of the incredible customer service, the M2 was immaculate and based on their inventory these guys are true car guys and not your run of the mill big sleazy car dealers. Highly recommend Munich Motors, and whoever will buy the M2 will not be disappointed!
