This gym has become my second home. The owner is there every day constantly looking for ways to improve the setup and getting new equipment. 24/7 access with key FOB, people rack their weights when they're done.

It was my best GYM ever since i moved to Tempe. They provide the best service with affordable prices. Especially the new owner.

Love this gym! It’s becoming more of a home to me everytime I go in for a workout. The people who work there, including trainers, are super friendly and the equipment is great plus the vibe and 24hr access rocks. It’s a great place for anyone who is serious about fitness

Reasonably priced membership, friendly staff, well taken care of equipment, and machines you don't typically see at your chain gyms. The only downfall I see is that the gym is a little small but I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a machine or weights

Great costumer service. An enormous positive change from the previous owner and name, Fitzone. You will come here and actually have the space to use machines without having to wait forever. A great gym

Great gym! New owners really turned the old place into something awesome. Bummer I had to move will miss this place. Great staff always helpful.

I am very picky with the gym I chose, this gym is 5 starts, first of all it is not expensive, around 30 mo, then it is 24 hours, the machines are always cleaned and in good shape and it is usually not that crowded, even so I tend to go very late or very early, there is no excuse not to go to the gym. It is truly open 24 hours.

It has a lot of machines several types/ cardio/ weights, etc. Staff is nice, and nobody messes with you while you are busy working out.everyone is doing their business.

When I first started at Muscle Factory. They were going they changes. I just say from the first day until now, a huge difference in equipment and atmosphere.

Nice and cheap gym in a good location. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They don't have everything and they're not state of the art, but if you just want to work out, the value/location is hard to beat.

Pros: Membership is inexpensive, everyone is there to work out not socialize, never too busy, plenty of equipment, Nick (the owner? Manager?) is super nice.
Cons: Hours are limited (I couldn't go before work), air vents desperately need cleaning, gets really warm inside during summer, if you forget to update your card before your EFT date they will charge extra $10, if you miss payment a 3rd party collection agency will leave unpleasant messages

They won’t let me cancel unless I pay $58 I’ve been one time and their showers don’t even work. One is cold one is spraying all over the place. You have to pay $5 for a towel! Don’t even bother with this place. I only got a membership because my home didn’t have hot water for a week and now I can’t cancel. Smh.

It is a great gym for those looking for the basics without the constant harassment of corporate gyms.

Was okay for a while. Very similar to planet fitness. I had a bad experience with them and would not go back.

Have been attending for awhile now, super great service. Always friendly people and the staff at this gym is just exceptional! If you go at the right times it is never overly packed. Love it!

This is a great local gym. Not for everyone - for people who want the basics of staying fit. Nick, the front desk staff, is great. Get Matt for personal training. You will be set.

This place is exactly what I was looking for. Cheap, straightforward, good staff.and quiet. Middle of the day you could expect maybe 10 people in the gym - that's awesome. Also, people generally keep to themselves. I haven't had anyone approach me for any reason. I can come in to this place, do my thing, and go home without a single interaction.

This is an awesome local workout place. The people who operate here are very friendly. Most importantly the hours are very convenient. Again, this is not the best workout experience money can buy, but once you factor in the money you pay, the experience is superb. They do not have all the equipments that you would expect even a decent workout place to have, but if you are like me, looking for a basic work out, you will be more than satisfied.

Best value gym around. Everything you need, nice staff, good location, low prices. What else do you need?

Free showers and lockers for daily use is a plus. There is a tanning machine for certain tier members as well. Personal training and supplements are also available for purchase. Gets busy in the evenings and when ASU is in session. Love the small local feel to it, no massive corporation like Globo Gym trying to make a quick buck.

This is an excellent place to get your workout done. They have all the necessary equipment and facilities. Its never over crowded and all who attend do the same as you, get their workout going and continue on their day but with friendly demeanor. Clean and proficient!
