Muscle Movers, Prescott AZ

I needed a 5' x 10' storage unit loaded onto a Penske 12' Truck that had no ramp. It consisted of 5 large pieces of furniture, with one chest of drawers so big that it was strapped to two small furniture dollies and it had a 1/2" granite top. My load timing was critical and I needed Muscle Movers to be there at 8 am, load, and allow me to be at another Sedona residence by 8: 45 at the latest.

Dustin and his partner Ian were there on the dot and I was at my daughter's house by 8: 40 am. Because the 12' Penske truck does not have a built-in ramp, these two Muscle Movers literally lifted by hand all the heavy pieces of furniture and situated them carefully in the truck. Gadzooks! You wouldn't have believed that only two guys could load the truck by themsleves and in only 30 minutes. My time table was met and off I went.

Both of these men have years of experience and know their work inside and out. I will call them again when the time comes and be totally at ease knowing that they have the juice, man. No worries with them at all. Friendly and funny, we even had a good time talking as they worked.

A crew of two that can expand to 7-10 if needed for a total house move.

Muscle Movers went out of their way to pick up and deliver a crate that another freight carrier could not deliver to my customer in time. I called them with very short notice as my customer was leaving the next day. Dustin said they would pick it up at the holding yard and handle it, and they did! Not only did they deliver the crate but also unpacked and placed the statue that was in it. In the end, I had a very happy customer. I can't thank them enough for pulling off what I thought was almost impossible. If you are looking for a reliable moving company that you can count on, Muscle Movers is it! Hired them to help load a moving truck. They showed up late. One guy had an injured knee and was literally limping/grimacing in pain with every step. Owner took no responsibility; just made lame excuses. Pd full price even though I shouldn't have. Do not reccomend. The one guy that was fully functional was awesome. He should start his own business.

The delivery service went above and beyond. We have a steep driveway that there truck couldn’t access, but that didn’t prevent the Muscle Mover staff from making the delivery anyway. Very helpful and friendly.

These guys are great. Professional, timely and took great care of our stuff. Highly recommend to anyone in the Sedona area!

Not a good experience.not even close!

They arrived over 2 hours late to start the move and then disappeared for 6 hours after the truck was loaded finally showing up after 9pm to begin unloading.

Several pieces of furniture were damaged (see photos. There were more items damaged but I was able to repair most of that damage) and management said it was normal superficial damage.

Does it look superficial to you?

The movers also damaged 2 door frames and drywall in the home we moved out of. They also broke one of the legs our our garden box.

So, as long as your Ok with working with a company that arrives when it gets around to it and damages your belongings and thinks that damage is to be expected then Muscle Movers is for you.

I needed to get a large plank table and 6 chairs to a consignment business. Muscle Movers responded promptly and took care of my Items.
I was very impressed with their attitude and attention to the task at hand.

We had a 300 lb outdoor pizza oven that needed to be moved from our driveway up several steps through our house and onto our upper deck. I had never used Muscle Movers before but when I called, Dustin said they could actually do it that day (something that doesn’t occur in Sedona these days). Not only did they accomplish a difficult move, they were extremely careful moving it through the house. We could not be more satisfied. They will be the first we call next time.

On June 28,2021 I used Muscle Movers to move 140 miles to Cottonwood. Initially I called other moving companies who told me "not available or didn't service that area". That was the end of it. I called Muscle Movers and spoke with Dustin. He had just booked the last truck for the date I needed to move, but he suggested I rent a truck and he would provide a crew. His two-man crew, including himself, arrived on time and they loaded the 26' truck. Dustin took extra precaution and transported a 200 year-old glass curio cabinet in his personally owned vehicle. They both arrived without any delay and they met me at the new house. There they didn't waste any time and quickly unloaded. Without Dustin's and Ian's assistance, professionalism and dedication to service.we would have been screwed! THANK YOU DUSTIN & MUSCLE MOVERS!

Nate’s team did a fantastic job on short notice. Muscle Movers were on time, hard working and at the same time took great care in packing and loading of furniture. They communicated promptly with our initial inquiry and maintained good communication throughout the process. Positive, energetic, polite, professional. Would highly recommend!

These guys were great. I used them twice, once to load a trailer and once to load the bulk of my stuff for my move. They were on time, stayed late, and best of all. NOTHING was broken, or scratched. They treated my stuff and me with respect, which is hard to find as I found out when I hired people to unload my stuff. Nathan was very professional, responded promptly, and went out of his way to work with my schedule.

We moved ourselves from Santa Fe to the Village of Oak Creek, and decided due to the hot weather to get some help unloading the truck. Fati and Stuart were great: they showed up on time, unloaded the truck quickly and efficiently but with care for our belongings, and were respectful and pleasant to interact with. They even offered some great local restaurant suggestions. Would certainly hire them again.
