Mustang, Williams AZ

Refused! We hoped to detour so we might visit famous old Route 66, when traveling for a once in a lifetime trip to the Grand Canyon with my wife and son. We were harshly refused when my honey wished to use their restroom.

An angry black-haired young woman was at the counter, this past Tuesday February 21st. She looked coldly at me when I asked her permission, then muttered, "No. " And turned to other business. I thought she was kidding me. Then I felt embarrassed, and said, "Well I will work something out. " when she interrupted: "Are you going to buy something? " I was honest and said, no. She sent me on my way. As I left I said, "A welcome to Williams, huh? " She jeered, "Yeah, that's right. "

We soon found decent, accessible facilities across the street - and were welcomed at the new Mountain Coaster, even though not able to ride at this time.

But I soon left Williams wishing we had just stayed on 40 and found clean accessible restrooms at any of the professionally run modern service stations all along the main highway.

That Williams visit to "Mustang Gas" on Old Route 666 was weirdly unwelcoming and hostile.

The rest of our long journey was miraculous - and all the people we met (except peevish Mustang Gas Station) were encouraging and kind.
I will likely just stay on Route 40 if ever there's a next time.

Was referred here by the other laundry facility, who was packed that we tried first.had low expectations since she said this place was dirty. (And I thought the first place was kinda gross)
It is clean and very little people. Great prices, coins can be picked up in the gas station, where detergent and such can be purchased.

We'll be back!

No problems with anything. Staff were friendly. Prices seemed a little high but no higher than other fuel stations in Williams.

Great store. They have what everything I need. The employees and owners are very friendly and helpful. I would rather go here than any other place in town.

Came here and bought gas on January 15th. My girlfriend asked to use the restroom and the clerk gave her a dirty look and said "no public bathroom". Are you kidding me? We just bought $40 worth of gas and this is how you treat your customers? Never going back there again and telling everyone I know to do the same. Extremely rude and unacceptable.

Great place for gas and laundry. Super friendly owners and staff. Don't forget to stop at Leo's cafe for all your coffee needs.

After 8 pm bring your own quarters. The store is closed. No change machine in the laundry mat.

I like the laundromat it is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and the store is great to, staff is great and they have a little bit of everything, but the store is only open from 7 am to 8PM

Grat place to go do laundry and go to thir rest room is super clean. Thank you for your business.

It had many cold drinks, got a good amt of change.to finish washing clothes nextdoor.
And then we had a show.they blew up the mountain behind us, thought it was an earthquake

Very quick and easy to get in and out of.
Went here twice to get gas, ice and snacks while in Williams and both times the service was fast quick and easy.
The cashier with friendly and they had a good selection of snacks and drinks.
