I have been using My Computer Works for 5-6 years, after having used others of the same ilk with negative results. These people are reliable, resourceful and always take care of me, even when I do something truly stupid. I recommend them often to my acquaintances and I even enjoy learning from them. If you need someone reliable and responsive to your computer needs, use these folks.

I have been a customer of My Computer Works, Inc.for several years now and I am so happy with them. About a year after I became a customer, I had a bad experience with a download while having it removed. And it just messed my computer all up. The techs at MCW helped me get it back on line (I knew nothing about computers), and then for the next 2 weeks, they went to work putting the inner workings back where they should be. A tech in the morning and a tech in the evening for 2 whole weeks (yep, it was messed up pretty good). And because I was a customer, they didn't charge me a dime for all that extra work. All of their techs are very polite and professional (and very patient, I might add). I recommend My Computer Works, Inc.for everyone especially if your a late computer bloomer like me. Lol. I just love them all.

Do not waste your time with my computer works, the techs and owner is unprofessional. They will just take your money and ask you to buy new equipment so they can come back and charge you again. I will not be using their service and suggest to stay away from this company.

I used to think it costs too much. But in the last 3 years.
M c w has saved me hundreds and probably a heart attack. They answer questions for me that my so called guru's nearby can't answer. Best move I ever made signing up with my computer works.

My wife and I have used this service for several years. We are "aging" and sometimes find ourselves stumped by our desktop PCs, and My Computer Works techs are always on the spot fixing our problems and teaching us how to deal with them next time. We'd give them more stars - but that's all there are!

I have a small business and my computer is essential to my business. The technicians have always been professional, knowledgeable, and keep working until they solve the issue. That is a great comfort to someone like me who is significantly technologically challenged.

Today, August 27,2021, I had a problem that came from changing my web browser yesterday. They saved my sanity again by knowing precisely what to do.

I do not ordinarily write reviews, but I am very impressed with the extraordinary service I received with this company. The service was consistently friendly, reliable, honest and clearly communicated. They were flexible, amenable and able to fix and resolve my computer issues. I actually enjoyed the interaction despite being frustrated with my computer. I will definitely call on them again next time I need help.
