This office was extremely quick and efficient during my Sons visit. The entire staff was great and Carol was super friendly! Thank you all!

I would give it 5 stars if the doctor would explain you more what is going on! And not just in a hurry to get you out.is your health not a car!

The office was clean and I was taken care of as soon as I got there. The online check in was an easy way to avoid the paperwork and long waits. Dr. King was quick to see me and knew what to do. He tried to ease my anxiety, which helped. I would go there again.

The staff are mostly friendly, what's the best is the Dr is easy to talk to, getting scene is easy and convenient, however the pace is slow here! Don't expect to be rushed, but for some of us we appreciate being able to express ourselfes! They staff was nice.

My experience at the My Doctor Now Chandler location was by far the best experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office since moving to Arizona! The staff was discreet and professional. Sonja the nurse there was very attentive and compassionate and Dr. Cooperman exhibited a bed side manner that you traditionally don’t see anymore. I came for an appointment for myself and ended up having my entire family switch over. I’m happy to have found such good medical care providers for myself and my family.

I’ve been to this location so many times, and every time the service is great! The staff always greets you with a smile and usually share a laugh/chuckle when getting you checked in; office is always clean; the overall atmosphere is just welcoming. I usually see Stephen King (who is awesome) but today I saw Carolyn and she was very informative, patient, sweet and just very caring. I will continue to come to this location because …. Well why not lol if it’s not broke don’t fix it! Lol

Carolyn and Dasia were great. I was a walk in and was there for only about 20 minutes all together.

I have never had anything but stellar visits at this location! The front staff is always courteous and shows compassion (even to my toddlers), the Medical Assistants are efficient and helpful, and I've had informative and helpful visits with both Provider Steven King as well as Dr. Reddy. I highly recommend this clinic (and MY DR NOW in general) if you have kiddos that are always getting sick - urgent care fees are what we were used to paying before we discovered this awesome option. Regular copay for a walk-in service is beyond amazing!

Had appointment with David Cooperman, was not aware my appointment was for a pap smear. David asked questions and didn't want to listen to my answers, talked over me. During the pap exam when he pressed on my pelvis area I started crying (I have chronic pelvic pain) he told me to get dressed and asked why I was crying.
I will not be coming to this facility again. I was disrespected and not believed about my diagnosis I have from previous surgery. Very rude. Very disappointed in the service I received.

Doctor's office closed? Where do you go? My Doctor Now! Called and made same day appointment with Doc Carolyn.she is my FAVORITE! I have seen her a couple times and I love her amazing bedside manner. She takes her time chatting with you while she figured out the best treatment for my broken body! I appreciate the fact she LISTENS to you and when you explain what works she listens! I am 62 and know what works and what wastes my time and some doctors think they still know best but both Doc Carolyn and Doc Reddy I have found listen to you and your body too! I highly recommend this AMAZING place! Lauren at the front desk got me in quickly, I was taken back fast, treated with kindness and out the door scripts waiting at CVS! Great experience and happy gal here Hope to not have to visit again, but I bet I will be back at some point:)

I was scheduled for a doctors appointment at 10: 40am on Wednesday 10th of April 2023. My doctor was with doctor Reddy, it was a virtual appointment. Well I was on line at 10: 30 and the doctor didn’t get on line until 11: 35am. I had to let the doctor know that I have been waiting on line since 10: : 30am. He yelled at me and said if you don’t want me to be your doctor you can find another doctor. So I stop talking the doctor and this afternoon the manager of the clinic which is located at Alma school and Elliot called to hear my experience but still wasn’t getting what I experienced today. My question is WHY do we set appointments to see the doctors? I seriously don’t know what planet is this Doctor from, you don’t disrespect patients and start yelling at them. I don’t recommend this place to see the doctor or use this clinic. I’d rather go somewhere else where you are comfortable and respected and be treated like a normal human being. The manager of this clinic needs a customer service one one class and Doctor Reddy needs to learn to speak calmly and respect the patient cause we the patient are customers. Let me remind Doctor Reddy this is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Respect is given when you Respect people first.

I’ve seen him many many times but yesterday he asked me what he’s supposed to do about my knee when he actually helped me a great deal with the two referrals and torodol injection “although it gave me a rash it helped me with pain. He was clearly annoyed I was there and I don’t appreciate that as it’s not my fault the “my dr now office” told me to come in and be seen for my severe knee pain due to Osteoarthritis.
Mr king stated at one point “so you have Osteoarthritis huh? Then shook his head as if to shame me that I had this condition at 30. I’ve been overweight my whole life and have takes steps to loose weight like having bariatric surgery last year and loosing over 100 Pounds so far, yes I damaged my body but I’m actively taking steps to my better my health and weight and I didn’t appreciate mr king shaming me and I already feel bad enough. He should just do his job and keep his feelings/grievances to himself as that’s the professional way when you are caring for patients!
Sincerely an insulted bariatric patient who’s been a caregiver for the elderly my adult life. Thanks!

I have requested medication refills 5-6 times or more via the online platform with no progress or any communication as to why they are not being refilled.
This is all on record and will be revealed when I am found dead due to lack of depression, anxiety, and ADHD medication.
Beware! The lack of concern, and rudeness of staff, is downright shameful.
