MY DR NOW, Surprise AZ

I have been to this clinic multiple times since it opened a few months ago. I have been there for myself and for my two children. Every time I go the receptionist, nurses and doctors are so attentive. They really care about the patients there. They take time to talk with you, get to know you and remember you and your family.

The staff was amazing. I’m a hard stick but the phleb did a great job. NP Jenny was so kind and willing to listen. Never felt rushed or like I was “just a number. ” Wonderful experience overall!

Excellent thorough care given today by Abigail, Amber, and Jennifer. Highly recommend seeing Jennifer Herrera. She is patient, thoughtful and can tell she cares about her patients.

I was referred to My Doctor now by a friend. I was skeptical because I thought it was "just another urgent care". I was so wrong. I LOVE My DR Now and see Jennifer Herrera as my primary care doctor. She is amazing. She took the time to listen and came up with a great plan to get my health back on track. She is attentive at every visit. The medical assistants, Amber and Brisa are great. Blood draws right in the office. Tele appointments if needed. Love being able to schedule online and have access to all my test results and visit summaries online. Everyone is amazing and the medical receptionist make you feel right at home the second you walk in.

My dr now was the best experience! Walked in and right away they made me feel comfortable! Medical assistant amber was amazing and provider Nadine was so nice. Definitely would recommend!

Mrs. Gabriela and Mrs. Brisas at our provider's office (Jennifer Herrera) were wonderful to my daughter and I. They were friendly, helpful and informative apon our arrival. They did very well with my daughters. Gemma and Cora warmed up to them and laughed. I recommend them to any family. I came in expecting to get Cora and Gemma's up to date shots and the nurse was so sweet and patient. She let me know the age in which to recieve them. Thabk you all it was a nice visit.

Dr. Gonzales &. Dr. Herrera are 2nd to none. They are kind and very informative on ways to become healthy. I Love this place.

Had a great experience with medical receptionist Gabriela, medical assistant amber and provider Nadine Gonzalez. Nice new offices, very friendly staff, and got all my question answered. I would highly recommend going here.

Had very high hopes for this provider so visited for my yearly physical. That's it.should of been $0 with my insurance, but they charged me specialist copay when I visited them as my primary provider. Refills require another visit and another copay? I don't like this, I will continue my search for a provider in Surprise.

Best experience I've had at the doctor! The staff Gabriela, Amber, MA and Nadine Gonzalez, FNP were all extremely professional and kind. Gabriela was helpful and expedient with processing me. Amber was skilled, gentle in her work and very nice to talk with. Dr. Gonzalez was amazing! Thorough and compassionate. I am so happy to have found this office and the help I need. Highly recommend this location.

I was looking for a urgent care and found My DR Now. They immediately assisted me and everyone was very helpful and nice. Thank you Gabriela, Amber, MA, Nadine Gonzalez FNP You women are great. I am happy I found your office If and when I need assistance again, I will make sure I go to your office.

My entire experience was great. Checkin was easy and fast, triage occurred quickly and Amber was wonderful. Nadine, my provider, took her time with me and wasn’t rushed. Answered all of my questions. Overall great experience.

Abigail was very welcoming! Brisa, MA, and Herrera, FNP took really good care of me! They made me feel like they really cared about me, and I am going to continue to see them for my medical needs.

Came here for a physical and a few health concerns. I saw all the great reviews and was honestly a bit skeptical but now I see why they have so many 5 star reviews. Office was well kept, staff was extremely caring, and all of my concerns were addressed. Amber and Nadine were the absolute best.

Got a same day appointment for my son and it was such a good experience! Gabriela was so patient with me while getting enrolled in MyChart, Amber was so caring with my son and very attentive to us. Dr Nadine was awesome and seemed to really care about the patient. Honestly, it really felt like everyone there truly cared. They allowed us to have a great first experience with My Dr Now, would definitely recommend!
