Very friendly and professional people. I have been going to them for many years. Highly recommended.

It seems that they either forgot or simply ignored the previously agreed upon treatment plan. Then they refused to do my regular maintenance treatment because all of a sudden it wouldn’t help, but luckily there’s a new $2600 treatment that would be better! Made me feel that my ‘business’ is not needed or welcomed.

They went above and beyond any and all expectations! Couldn’t be happier with my tooth extraction, and this is coming from someone who has extreme fear of going to the dentist! Would give 100 stars if it was possible! Definitely will be returning.

I have been going to Dr Poulos since 1992. He is an awesome dentist, specially for dental wimps like me (I had a terrible experience early in life), was SO afraid. No judgement and offers solutions to deal with dentist anxiety. He is patient and honest. He will “keep an eye” before recommending treatment. Highly recommend this practice and a special shout out to Sonia who is along time employee.

The hygentist was pretty nice and did a good job doing deep cleaning for me because she took her time cleaning it for me.

My daughter had an emergency and took her to 5 different dentist in a week and they all couldn’t help and wasted our time so we had to go to the hospital a nurse there referred dr Poulus and he IMMEDIATELY HELPED US and got us in to help my daughter the next morning HES AMAZING I HIGHLY RECOMMEND he’s an angel!

I am in from out of town and my crown broke on a Sunday of a Holiday Weekend. I called the emergency line at 8 at night and Dr Poulos answered and scheduled me for a temporary crown the next morning at 9. I was in and out of the chair in less than 15 minutes. Thanks for the excellent service!

My first time which I was nervous going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable. I will come back again since I'm from Los Angeles.

My husband and I have been patients of My Scottsdale dentist for 7 years. Between the two of us we have gotten cleanings, cavities filled, ex-rays, retainers created, crowns replaced, teeth extracted and more. The practice is well run — office staff are friendly and accommodating, hygienists are knowledgeable, waiting time for appointments isn’t very long, they accept and work well with our dental insurance and the doctors are honest about what dental work we truly need.

My husband is at high risk for severe COVID and during the pandemic the office had great protocols to keep us safe, which we greatly appreciated.

I would recommend this dental practice to anyone! We are fortunate to live close by but it’s located right by the Shea Blvd exit of the 101 making it easy to get to from anywhere in the East Valley.

The staff was wonderful, I was a walk in from out of town and they treated me like a regular pt. The dentist was so good, I was very satisfied with my care.

Very caring and helpful when I had a lot of pain in my tooth offered to see me at 8 AM in the morning
