The car sales manager and his worker are great. They help me with a vehicle that is in my budget. Plus I LOVE THE SUV I drive thanks to the two who sold me the SUV last month.

I felt no sales pressure whatsoever and Aaron let me take my time and look at all the cars i wanted and drive them. He gave us a really good price on a high quality mustang. Santana was great, no high pressure. There were a few issues with the car I bought, he had fixed all the small problems, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy about the purchase of the Honda.

Superior experience! Just purchased a car from Santana, I'm out of state and the experience couldn't have been made easier by him. He walked me through the entire process from virtual calls looking at every nook and cranny I asked him to, to the moment when my car was being picked up by the transport. Santana knows the cars as he has driven and taken all the pictures to ensure every aspect is as transparent as if I was there at his dealership. If you need a ride go see Santana. He is as honest and straight forward as they come. We found the Denali online took it for a test drive and when we came back we pointed out a chip in the windshield old dry tires and a missing 3rd, without hesitation Santana replaced everything and knew we needed a few days to get the deal done due to work schedules. Santana guaranteed approval based my verbal credit score and amount down and guaranteed the truck would check out if I took it to my mechanic. Sure enough my mechanic gave it the green light and all the paperwork was ready to be signed when I got back. Aaron handled emissions and brought it back with a full tank while I signed the docs. Santana is a good guy- I ordered a car out of state. He guided me and it all turned out wonderful. His cars are checked by him when he gets them. So you can rest assured you are not getting a lemon. I had the car checked over with a third party inspection. It came back good, Just like he said it would! I rock with Santana and fully recommend Mycarsaz.

First rate experience. I was very apprehensive about not going to one of those autonation dealerships. Had some terrible experiences. They didn’t play the typical salesman games with me, negotiated with me on the price and said they’ll help if there were any mechanical issues (I’d imagine within a reasonable amount of time).

These guys are how dealerships should still operate. Good deal, good vehicle. Take notes all you other dealerships.

Very pleasant experience, Aaron and Santana had me in and out pretty quick, no junk fees, truck was exactly as described, and everyone was very professional. I had pre approval from NFCU which made the process very simple. They even let me leave my motorcycle in their secured parking area and come back to grab it later. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Please be aware when you get a car from them, they sold us a car with a bad transmission that literally broke down within 2 WEEKS of owning the car! The car has been in the shop since the 26th of March due the horrible warranty they provide you, I’ve asked for help and they are EXTREMELY dismissive as if it ain’t there problem when it is cause they knew they sold us a tore up car knowing I have children…. Paying on a car that I can not drive is ridiculous I’ve asked to trade the car in and heard no response HORRIBLE Customer Service… just cause you get commission don’t mean you can’t be compassionate… wish I went somewhere else

I knew what car I wanted and they had it. I shopped around a bit only to be ignored/lied to about vehicles from other dealers. So I applied for financing on their website and came the next day.
