The facility is very clean they are abiding by all the virus rules abd they are all just very nice people

First time going & the experience was great! Very clean facility, specially with the pandemic going on, they are on top of cleaning. Had the Deluxe Pedi Spa & it was worth every cent. I've had pedis at other places, but this one won me over. Pedicure prices are very reasonable, even for the kids. The lady I had (sorry forgot name) did a real good job massaging, that I almost took nap there lol. They definitely try to cater to your needs & are friendly.

Great job. I got there very near closing and thought I was going to get a rush job. I was wrong. Tran gave me an awesome pedicure and took her time even though everyone was getting themselves ready to go. Very clean and everyone is personable.

Took my partner today, first time since her stroke 3 months ago. Very courtious and understanding with her limits now.

The man that answered this business phone should ABSOLUTELY never take another business call again! First impression's do not lie! Totally rude and unprofessional! I refuse to patronize any business that doesn't understand the words CUSTOMER SERVICE! GTFOH?

I only let Ben do my nails, he's good. The salon is very clean. You don't usually wait very long. People are very friendly.

The place is always clean but you can tell they deep cleaned again, recently! I have a disability and working the tools for self-grooming of my nails is (embarrassingly) difficult. Without even having to whimper for help, they squeezed me in today! Now, I don't have to worry about pedi-mani for awhile. I send good wishes to the entire staff as they face the upcoming 2 week closure.doing their part to stop this pandemic. Take Care!

Horrible. Literally gave a picture for what I wanted the color shape and design so bogus. Less than 24 hours later not happy with the results my nails are so sore they’re the thickest nails I’ve ever had in my life trying to get a take off and the acrylic will not budge. It can’t be genuine acrylic that’s safe for the nail. I will never come here again and anyone considering shouldn’t neither.

Rude guy answered phone. Asked about waxing and said only take appointments only and then hung up! Will not ever come here

I always get beautiful results from this salon. I've tried others, but I like the people at this salon the best.

Went to them for almost a year as a walk-in and waited for my turn. Then I started making appointments so I would not have to wait. Found that it didn't have much difference. Often waited 30-40 for my SCHEDULED appointment. Recently ~8-19~ I have read multiple posts of others who found that JOHN, the owner being rude and verbally unprofessional. Yelling at clients and refusing to honor coupons on some drummed up excuse. Also lack of sanitary implements and facility. Perhaps John is finding that many other salons are taking his former clients with better conditions/treatment.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have come here multiple times since it is so close to my house to try and let them redeem themselves, but I have had it with this place. I got gel nails and they began chipping the very next day. They do such low quality work for such high prices. I now go to enke nails and spa here in Maricopa and they are amazing! They are such talented nail artist with wayyy better prices than this place.

Two stars because they do good nails, just have horrible customer service. I would go to Hannah or Ben if you happen to stop here. Those two are polite and do great nails. Only problem is they (the front desk, if someone is even there) don't track who comes in and when. They have a sign in sheet but it must be to track supplies, idk. Well I got tired of it today, they told me when I walked in they had 4 appointments. Well the wait was logical until 7 people were helped before me and I was there before them all. I walked out today and I've been coming here for 8 yrs, I finally had it. I went to a new place that opened called Wynn by Ihop! They are $5 more expensive but worth the amazing customer service and are SUPER Organized.

Fast, courteous, affordable.

Pedi looks great and I have no complaints. Just bring cash for a tip.

My daughter wanted her nails done for her 19th birthday. They treated her like a princess and did a great job. I got a pedicure and it was amazing. We will totally go to them again. I was also impressed with how clean they keep everything.

Nice people. Got an "okay" pedicure. Might have gotten a better one if I'd paid more. I really don't like it when all the staff speaks a language I don't understand. Sometimes I wasn't sure the nail tech was speaking to me. Very little eye contact.

I take my 74 year old grandma here and she loves it! They make her feel so comfortable and have her laughing the whole time they are wonderful people and do such an amazing job

I've been trying different nail salons in Maricopa having just moved here. This one was wayyyy better than the last one I went to. Only issue I had was the nail tech tried just putting on two coats of a glitter gel polish and it didnt look good so I requested a third coat which looked better (personally I think 4 coats is best but what do I know haha). I'll try another place next time but if its awful I'll come back to this one. They were super quick and didnt have hundreds of colors to choose from so it wasnt overwhelming. Overall it was a nice experience and worth the 20 bucks plus tip.

Ben and Jason do an excellent job on my acrylics. And Nee does an amazing wax service. I have been coming there since they opened. Love them!

I've been going to nails for you for the last 8 years. I really like the staff and the level of professionalism they have. I always had great service and get complimented all the time on my nails and toes would recommend them to friends and family.
