Worst nail salon I’ve ever encountered! Left before even finishing my service. Spend your money on a business who will care for your skin. Not make you bleed.

This place is soooo good! The workers are so nice and kept me laughing the whole time! Definitely going to be my number one place from now on!

This has got to be the most relaxing place I’ve ever gotten a pedicure. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they look great! I would definitely come back and highly recommend!

My mother, sister, and I had a great experience with Nails by Yen! We have searched a long time to find a nail salon we love and this is it! The staff is so kind and very professional. Everything is very well cleaned. We all got manicures and pedicures which were great! The foot and leg massage was so relaxing! I made a mistake when calling and scheduling and did not tell them my mother and I both wanted acrylics and she still was so kind and worked us both into her schedule! I even messed up one of my toes after we left and they fixed it for me the next day no problem. This is a great place and at a reasonable and great value. Thank you Nails by Yen we will be back soon!

I am new to the area. I don’t understand how this place has great ratings and good reviews. But my experience was not good. The person who did my nails was a guy. I’m guessing the only good one is the owner. His hand was shaky and did not bother to take his time. I paid extra for callus removal and I realized after that I did not get that service (still got charged for it) and as you can see on the pictures, you can see the callus. He didn’t bother to take out some of my cuticles. I had a regular pedicure, callus removal, gel, and gel removal. All for $61. I’ve had way better service before somewhere else than this for a lower price.

My friend and I enjoyed getting great pedicures from Nails by Yen. Definitely one of the most reasonably priced pedicures in Tucson!

Absolutely my new favorite place to get my nails done! I’m not the type to go to nail salons regularly, but for Yen I just might start. She did both my acrylics and pedicure, and was so sweet. Very down to earth, conversational, makes you feel at home! You can tell she works hard and truly cares about her customers. She was also very detail oriented and wanted to make sure my nails were absolutely perfect. They came out beautiful! Will definitely be going back.

I'm new to the town and went to this place for the first time with my friend. I came out very disappointed and wondering how it has such good reviews. I got mani and pedi from the older female with glasses. I got gel removal and one tone gel for mani, callus removal and one tone gel for pedi.

For mani, while she was removing the gel (extra charge), she damaged all my natual nail, scratching it with the metal cuticle pusher. The polish was not applied evenly and the lines are all crooked. She did not even remove all my cuticles which I had to remove it at home after.

For pedi, she did not even remove my callus (which was extra charge) and still charged me for it. Polish was all crooked also and no cuticles were removed what so ever.

I was not satisfied with the service at all and along with my friend who went and got the pedi from the male staff. He did not removed her cuticles nor callus. I am not going back to this place and will not recommend it to anyone.

I rendered Nails by Yen services today and as always were pleased. One of their clients made some rude remarks after her service as she was exiting and it was dusturbing to the clients in the salon. Yen handled her with grace, professionalism and understanding. My experience at this salon has always been good and satisfactory.

This is my second time coming to this establishment and I have not been disappointed in either encounters. Every time I go, I am greeted with kindness and smiles. The appointments have started exactly on time and when I show the picture for my desired nail style it is executed. Prices are reasonable and I will definitely be back. Nail tech was rude and unfriendly. They charge $1extra to use a credit card. Tips are only in cash. I gave him $10 bill and asked for
singles. He only gave me a $5 billback. No singles. Very unprofessional way to get a bigger tip. They lost my business for good.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Facility is clean and all protocols are followed.

Had a mani and pedi scheduled and only had me written down for mani. Mani I thought was great until I came home and my index finger gel polish just peeled right off. I waited an hour for my pedicure, get the basic with callus removal and the guy doesn’t even do anything but rub my feet with a scrub and paint my nails.what was a $35 job he charged me $50 and my feet are still not done how they should’ve been. So disappointed and will not return to this place

Yen took her time with my nails and reassured me that they would come out amazing and I left it all in her hands and they came out sooo beautiful. Thank you soooo much yen.
