NAPA Auto Parts - Vans Auto Parts, Buckeye AZ

Very helpful staff once again I emphasised how important it was for me to buy an American made products.

I stopped in the store to replace windshield wipers. Had already been to Auto Zone didnt get results at all there. Was very pleased with the patience and excellent customer service that I recieved from Pablo at the location on 425. W. Buckeye Rd.in Phx. Thanks for taking great care of me today Pablo.

They always have had the items that I was in need of. The Employees have always been very helpful and friendly and a few were down right just funny! What more could you ask for? Service with a smile is the best, throw in a handful of laughter, the simple things in life are the best!

Store said online it was open on Sundays. When we got there doors were locked and no one was in sight. If your gonna be closed on sundays dont advertise that your open!

Service is good they're all knowledgeable and can usually get you parts same day if they don't have them.

I went to the wrong auto parts store and found myself at Napa. My cars air blower quit working. The gentlemen took time to come out and look at my problem.

I hoped magically one of the gentlemen fixed it just by wiggling the right wires.

I was so excited. But five minutes down the road she quit working. So I am off to see these wonderful guys again!

Very helpful. Even tho I am a woman of a few years they didn't talk down to me and were respectful the whole time I was there trying to match up a part.

All the guys in this place are true Parts Pros. Really the only auto parts store that you need to be going to in Buckeye.

The place to go in downtown Buckeye for all your Auto Parts. Friendly and helpful staff made finding my little Parts very easy.

At this Napa auto store customer service was great but the store itself was dirty, all the shelves and products in the store where nothing but dust it seem like it was never been cleaned at all if they would keep that place clean that'll be nice. Since it's just such a small place it should be easy to keep it clean.

The website said they are open on Sunday. The sign in the window shows OPEN. No one answers the phone & no one at the store. If your not open on Sunday put that on your website.

Friendly and helpful people. They usually have or can get overnight parts for my old Chryslers, even my 54!
