I went to store to return item that bought at another Napa an store manager denied a credit refund even do I have receipt an pay with credit card staying had no money’s should returned to store where I bought item humm even that location is part corporation very unwelcome had no customer services skills I’ll nevertheless went out door to another Napa store had no problems corporate needs to oversee this power strip managers they think own store bad customer services I’ll never buy from Napa there’s so many options like rock auto, autozone, orallys, penny-pincher so on.

Horrible costumer service a autoparts store that cant look up parts by year and model without an especific size of the part really?
first time here not coming back!

Was in the store for an hour, nobody cares to come as me, for what I was looking for, or try to help.

This is a very busy Napa. What bothered me was the assistant manager started helping me and he answered the phone. He then proceeded to leave me waiting while he handled the person on the phone. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for him to finish assisting me with my order. Any business that puts phone calls ahead of customers who drove to their store for merchandise sucks at understanding which customers are more valuable.

I have stopped at this location several times and I will have to say they're always very helpful. Another great napa store.

I can't believe I couldn't find a 12/10 g 3/8 terminal at Orilleys or AutoZone, Napa had it, bought all they had on floor display I'm happy with them (note) I go there more often if they were closer to me

These guys are fast and the service is awesome! If you're looking for a parts store that knows what you're looking for.this is the place to come to 1st.

P pushed my scooter for help with a dead battery and they let me use their electric outlet to plug my jump start/charger to get back on the road and make it to the senior center on time for breakfast! Great customer service!

Hands down the best auto parts store in the valley. If you know what you need they have or can get it. If you don't know they'll help you figure it out.

Store looks fantastic and looks more than double the size since I worked there in the late 70's. I will have to stop by next time I'm in Glendale and pick up a few items for my Honda.

They always seem to be so busy with commercial phone calls if nothing else so a wait is inevitable. Still, good place for all parts needed from motorcycles to heavy duty truck semis etc.
5 stars of I can get in and out of there in less than 10 minutes ever.

Smaller NAPA store but usually have the part your looking for. Large parking lot with plenty of handicap parking. Some of the counter people are a little rough around the edges.

This store has amazing industrial decor. A little under staffed at the time but good customer service. I did have to go elsewhere for my part but would return in the future for my automotive parts needs.

I wasn't happy with this place. I was waiting for 20-25 minutes watching the employees answering the phone instead of serving me first.
