Wish I got the name of who I dealt with but thats some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced

I had a recipet from Napa auto parts for a return on snow chains for my tires. They wouldn’t return them even though it clearly states on the recipes that I can. Horrible service!

Now I've been wrenching on cars and trucks for a while now but, this group of people are by far the greatest to deal with. From the owner to the delivery people! Thanks guys and gals and we'll see you again.

Counter help knows their business!

Went in with a leaking DOT air line. Gary knew what fittings were needed and I was taken care of in 10 minutes. Other places I tried didn't even know what I was talking about. Great service gentlemen!

Highway robbery. Owners a joke and makes his own rules and steals peoples parts and money. Not an honest place. Go to any other napa or auto parts store.

We were looking for a part that is not easily found. Went to dealership but closest available part was in NM.went to Napa they found is exactly what we needed and at a great price. Service people are very knowledgeable.

Great people work here, friendly and knowledgeable. Good prices and fast service. I will be back and I'll tell friends.

Gave me the wrong battery even after looking it up on a computer. Went somewhere else after they asked if I was sure.

Helpful staff, lots of parts on hand! Tight parking location for anything bigger than a pickup. Have been here a lot and they will make every effort to find whatevre you are looking for!

When asked if they would price match Oreilley's on a set of brake pads, since they were twice as much, I was given attitude by a young man behind the counter. He had been giving me attitude since I walked in for no apparent reason. When he was unable to locate the correct product he told me to buy both, return one and "hurry up" because they would be closing in an hour. When I asked to speak to the manager, he told me his dad was the owner. Needless to say I will be buying brake pads elsewhere.

Prices are absolutely ridiculous. Go on Amazon, eBay, Rock Auto, jcwhitney. It's cheaper even with shipping.

The guy that helped me out here was really helpful. Great customer service, really knew what he was talking about.

I ended up calling my home town Napa and getting taken care of 1800 miles away in 15 min after dealing with this store for 3 weeks Napa is a grate place but this store is in no way a good representation of the chain at all

Damn does that Cyndi lady sound drunk to anyone else? Management doesn’t have alcohol? I think someone needs to go to a meeting. I’ve personally dealt with all of these people she mentions in her review and have always been treated with the utmost respect and care. They make me feel like a valued customer!

I have shopped at this store for years! Best service and part selection in the area. Joe and Becky Roche are the best in the business and always give the best customer service.

Been going to Napa for 19 years so this isn't at the hole chain just this store if you need anything go any where else I am surprised Napa still let's this store have their name hoarable place
