Nate's does an amazing job. I've been going to them for years and I've never had an issue with their work. They go over in detail what's wrong with the vehicle before proceeding with repairs.

Called A month ago and left a message in regards to service (no return call). Dealership wants 3k for repair so shopping around. Place will not take a phone call only want to communicate via text. This is the end of the text. Good Luck

This is a knowledgeable, experienced auto care shop. Their prices are good and they look over the vehicle for other problems. I have had them replace a transmission and a new engine on my cars. Their work is excellent. I would strongly recommend this organization to anyone needing auto servicing or repairs.

Every time I have called, I had my questions answered quickly and with great detail - how much I might spend, what might options are, what I am paying for. Nate always gives me a great deal and tells my what I might spend elsewhere. The company is very transparent - you know where you money is going and they are incredibly reasonable.

Everybody I have talked to on the phone is very knowledgeable. The garage is always very flexible with repairs and gives you a schedule of when the vehicle will be ready. They let you know if the schedule is full and if you should consider going elsewhere. It feels very much like the business is run with love and not greed.

Nate's has worked with me when my catalytic converter was stolen and advised us how to move forward with insurance and making sure we did not get hit with a huge out of pocket expense.

I love this company. If my vehicle needs a fix, Nate's is the first phone call!

Nathan got me scheduled quickly within a couple of days to service my 4Runner. He also accommodated my unusual request to install an aftermarket part after my oil change, and did a great job for a very fair price. I'm definitely planning on taking my vehicle back to Nate's Next Gen in the future.

Nate is the best. My Prius catalytic converter was stolen earlier this year and by luck, I happened to find his shop. He gave literally the best price in town for that repair, he got all my maintenance taken care of at the same time.
I just went back to him for a inverter pump failure and he got me taken care of just the same.
If you have a hybrid, this man is the Ron Swanson (for any Parks and Rec fans) of Hybrid repair. Good Honest Work for a Good Price.

Nate does a great job on our Toyota Prius and RAV4. Fixed Prius A/C, replaced electrical system component board, and other necessary repairs. Prompt service and reasonably priced.

Nate did an amazing job fixing my Prius quickly. They kept me informed along the way, and their prices are very reasonable. I am sad I found them right before moving.

The communication from Sophia was awful. We decided to pass on having our Prius repaired here because of how Sophia handled the phone. She never explained the costs of the inspection. When someone is considering spending 3500$ on a rapair I want professionalism not communication like “what’s up dude”. Gives a poor representation of what the rest of the experience might be like.
We found another battery for 2200$.

If you own a Prius and it’s in need of repairs don’t go anywhere else but Nate’s. I was well informed of what all was wrong with my Prius. I was given the option between what I wanted worked on and what I would address myself. Of course I felt like I was receiving a honest upfront, fair priced quote so I chose to have Nate’s to fix everything wrong with my car. My Prius is 100% fixed. Thanks to everyone at Nate’s.

Had other garages flat out lie about how to resolve the issues with the vehicles. They literally addressed 3 vehicles and were way beyond fair as well as very honest.
