Great automobile body shop. They started by having my disabled damaged Buick on time after my insurance company called them. They called 10 minutes after I got off the phone with my Insurance company. After picking up my car at the arranged time and place. They gave me information on the progess on a regular basis. My car was actually repaired and ready for pick up a day early. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone who need auto body work.

Amy and her staff were very helpful in the process of getting vehicle repairs done due to an auto accident. They inspected the vehicle and we're very detailed on items that needed to be repaired, also replaced. The wait was longer than expected but the final outcome was worth it. I’m as happy as I can be with the service I received. The communication and quality of the repairs along with the friendly atmosphere made my day. After a bus sliding on a snowy road into my parked truck I asked family for a good collision repair shop. My expectations were met any exceeded. My truck looks like new and every detail was paid attention too. I would definitely recommend and take any of my vehicles back.

I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes until someone answered, when I started to introduce myself they abruptly hung up on me, rude as hell, I will never come to them for repairs if this is the type of customer service they provide (or should I say lack there of.), telling everyone in the Tucson car community to avoid them like wildfire.

Amazing help, insurance tried to tell me vehicle wasn’t a total loss and weren’t gonna give me money to fix my truck, took it to National auto collision and they appraised my vehicle correctly, enabling me to get the insurance to see it as a total loss.
