Gene gives fantastic support, but the surgeon he contracted (Dewanjee) didn’t know what he was doing.

I paid $14k for an unnaturally linear hairline with no micro-irregularities to mimic natural hair growth and orderly placement of follicles, also making my transplant obvious.

Not sure how these guys sleep at night. They messed me up good, then denied/gaslighted me for bringing them credible concerns post-op.

I am very disappointed in the hair piece I received from NHC. It is so badly made, the fit of the hair topper, color, material and style are completely awful. It is unwearable. I was charged almost 1,300 dollars for a semi-custom made hair topper and what I received was a substandard "topper". Completely ridiculous. I was not able to get a refund at all, so now I'm stuck with an unwearable, poor quality hair piece.

Only time I’ve felt compelled to write an online review. Amazing customer experience. The team treated me so well during the surgery and everyone was interesting and fun and kind. They’ve treated me right post-op with free haircuts and red light therapy. The personalities of the team speak to the strong character of the owners. This is the place to go for a hair transplant, and the price was 10%-15% less than the big name competitor’s quote.

I have been to many hair centers in Middle East and US. From my experience they are the best in the valley in terms of quality of service and customer service.
