Good price, horrible service, not worth the effort.

I don't even know where to start. First we tried to order a desk, and had to try multiple sales people because every email we sent they only replied to about half our questions and ignored the rest.

Then we tried ordering a Leap chair, which took weeks (literally) of them telling us stock dates and having them move. Then the center column of the chair was sunk so low to the ground it wouldn't work properly, and they tried to tell us the 1/32" clearance was normal. They finally agreed to fix it, so we took the chair back down to their warehouse and they adjusted it. The fix didn't hold and now it's sinking again, and I've emailed asking for help and once again they're not responding.

Their email reply says "we reply within 24 hours" and that is just fiction. I suppose I could also mention their customer support people not wearing masks right now, but it really feels with their theme of not caring at all about their customers.

It looks like they're a lottery. If you get a good product and a good contact there, you'll do fine and save money. If you run into a problem, good luck. My suggestion is not to risk it and go elsewhere.

I originally tried to buy a chair locally but that option ended up not being available so I decided to go with these guys. They were quick to reply and answer all of my questions. The shipping was estimated to be 5-10 days but arrived within just 3 days of the order granted I only live 2 hours them but still none the less great service. The chair although used seems at though it is brand new. Overall great service and a great product.

It has an incredible assortment of office furniture, but I do urge you to test out any used furniture for, well, wear. The associate who dealt with me, Myles, was great with follow-up and getting me what I was looking for, and being able to test a few models.

I recently purchased a used Humanscale Freedom chair. Shipping was in a timely manner via FedEx Ground. The chair was well packed and easy to set up. The quality was excellent. I would definately shop here again.

Dorothy was very forthcoming in the information I needed to select just the right chair, and the remainder of her staff who helped me were just as wonderful as she. I cannot say enough about the company, the professionalism of its employees, the speed of shipping, and the timeliness of receipt of my chair.from start to finish, Dorothy and staff at National Office were nothing but a pleasure to deal with, and I cannot say enough about this company.

I was highly pleased with the professional service, the attention to detail, and the variety of options available. I live in Phoenix and was able to visit a showroom. I was able to walk around and try things out without the hassle. The staff, particularly Nick and Myles, were very knowledgeable and helped me hone in on what I needed (and wanted). While I was disappointed at the all-sales-final policy and that I could not take home the product I wanted that day, I was pleased at the quick next-day turnaround, and the 5 year warranty. If I have any other office furniture needs, I'll definitely go back.

Called up to order a Steelcase LEAP chair that was on sale. Talked with Dorothy. I'd originally wanted a black leather, but we found a brown leather in stock locally at the Houston warehouse. Gave payment details pretty close to 5pm on a Tuesday, and the chair was delivered to my office on Wednesday morning before I even got to work! Will be buying from them again.

I wanted to replace a favorite Bulldog chair that is no longer available. Although the refurbished chair I originally ordered from National Office Liquidators was not available, I was offered a later version for the same price.
