Quick Synopsis:
I gave them over $1000 which is 50% of the contract to put my tile in my office back in October 2021. They have yet to deliver and all we get are excuses with no outcome. They never return phone calls (I mean never) and when we go in, there is always an excuse and blamed on the tile company. We are a military family and this is atrocious especially this kind of money for this poor management situation. We in-trusted them with our money and feel as though they do not care. It is that easy for us.

We went to this company in October 2021 and signed a contract to do my tile in my office. I paid them 50% of the cost and we were told that that the tile would arrive in 6-8 weeks. After that time passed, we called several times to find out what happened with no return call. We went into the store and Nation’s Flooring Covering told us that they were sick and closed the store during the Holidays. We understand that as we are compassionate people. We were told they would contact the tile company because they were delayed per Nation’s Floor Covering. We asked where the product was exactly and they said, “well, I really can’t tell ya”. I thought being able to track a product was a given these days. We called them weeks later with again no return call to us. We asked for our money back but they said they could not do that as they placed that responsibility on the manufacturing company who would not refund money. We went into the store in the later part of January and the Lady at the front desk was already on the defense. She stated that she would try to call the tile company again; actually said to us, “l’m not trying to be a bitch”. We were taken by this as we were nothing but patient and calm with every interaction. Today is February 8,2022 and still no word. We called last week to get an update and still no return call. We left another message on Sunday stating that we expect a call back by Tuesday or we would have to take further action on our end; believe it or not… still no return call. At this point we are taking legal action. We paid over $1000 and they could care less about the money we paid in trust of them to do their job and deliver what they said they would. Their actions speak volumes by the poor service they hand out. We just want our tile installed or our money back.

I left message and they never called me back. Must not need the business.

They seemed nice when we went in to look at flooring for our kitchen. They showed up to give us a quote. Never got the quote. Never heard from them. No phone calls were returned. Six months ago.

I wouldnt trust my Flooring to any one but them. Excellent installation and service. Very good family business.

Paid in full for carpet strung me along for 5 weeks no call backs i had to call her she told me the same thing every week carpet will be here next week had to fight to get my money back very poor customer service she doesn't know what she's doing she gave me the feeling she didn't care STAY AWAY!
