I wish at the time of my appointment they would not have advised me I would receive my glasses in 7 to 10 buisness days. I found out today that the order was not placed until 9 days after my appointment. I chose Nationwide vision because I was told they had a fast turn around time.

I have to say what a delight the receptionist at the front desk, whomever I didn't catch nor look at her name.
Very helpful to the nature of got me a discount and seen at that time and how greatful I was considering that I was there for my son's 2nd appt for he couldn't conker the putting contact lenses in his eyes, this was why we where back.
Meanwhile another (2nd) lady Melinda had assisted him again with no luck. While she observed his failure at such task one more Itime. I was then seen by a assistant, great, wonderful caring young man and truely good at his job. I couldn't believe I was finally getting an eye exam that I had longed and needed for years. Then I was called in to be seen by the Doctor, who was caring, kind - mostly compassionate about my concern about my eyes, & overall health. I am so greatful for his service. He is informative and prompt in his position as nationwides Doctor. Meanwhile as I'm with the doc my son ended back up with the first lady who seen him, mind you she looked hung over with out any make up and her name on my card is Marina, this lady had clearly looked as if she slept in her clothes from the night before and had the odasity to ask my son was I his mom or grandma? REALLY! What buisness is it of hers who I am and my son called me mom on many accounts on the first visit. WTF was this lady even talking about? That was the most rude and out of turn thing, 1 woman can say about another. Why would she care It was very unprofessional and ride to even say about a childs mother.
I will be reporting her to the higher ups
How dare she ask. I am an older parent and felt like she was trying to humiliate myself.
That's why I scored Nationwide vision so low. Shame on you lady. I'm saying lady but really I have a better word for her.
The rest of staff where exceptional.

My daughter was given an exaggeratedly incorrect prescription. An eye doctor had to redo it.

I have been to several eye providers and have not been impressed until now. The staff were knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and helpful. Over 5 stars if that was available.

WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! Me and my daughter went to get our annual eye exams and my daughter got new frames. Her order came in before mine, I got the warranty on these glasses and let me tell you, it is the BEST thing I ever did! Not to mention that when I went to get my contacts, Eleanor Watson helped me and I didn't even remember she had told me about a REBATE, I totally forgot it on my way out and she sent me a card and my REBATE! Talk about outstanding customer service, she totally went above and beyond! Thanks everyone, you guys are all great there, polite and helpful!

Extremely rude staff. I have been in several eye contact places (as I wear glasses since 8th grade) and this is by far the worse place.the person who helped me on the phone (Stephanie) was rude and didn’t seem to want to help me - I was supposed to get a call on Monday and I ended up calling myself on Wednesday to figure out why it has been so long to get try out contacts - she told me that they couldn’t see me at all and had to schedule on a Saturday morning which they later attempt to cancel - then I was able to get in on Friday with Taylor’s help & basically telling them it’s ridiculous (only decent employee there) then when I arrived more rude staff. Britney Was extremely RUDE and UNPLEASANT to even speak to - I was in a rush and I was able to try my contacts on however I had to leave quickly - Britney felt the need to point out that I have to take my contacts off as they can’t let me leave with them if the doctor doesn’t see me - i understand as I have been in many places like this before but her attitude is not appreciate it - manager just stands there and doesn’t help when she sees an upset customer - I will be changing to a different location due to unpleasant attitudes and plain and simple being A-holes - I don’t appreciate people like this at all specially acting like you are a bother.
