Not happy as a new customer. They never return calls or voice-mail. I waited 2 weeks for my glasses and they came scratched up. I went back in and they said they would order new ones on a rush. Waited 2 more weeks and finally got to speak with someone after calling to check status twice and they said oh they just arrived today you can come get them. We'll guess what.they are all scratched up! 80 dollars wasted! No apology or anything. I'll be going else where.

I have been a customer here about 10 years and always had great service and no issues. Until now. Called 3x times this week and had to leave a voicemail and no one called back. Finally got the manager Tanya on the phone and asked for a copy of my contact lens rx. She said she would print it and it would be waiting for me. All of that after I was on hold for 5 minutes while she tried to get their system to email me the rx. I go to the store and the print out is last years rx as the dr apparently hasn't finalized the new one. They sau theyll call me when it's ready. And when I say can it be done by end of day, they say I'm not sure. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WHO KNOWS OF ILL EVEN GET THE RX, EVEN AFTER HAVING TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA MONEY FOR A CONTACT LENS APPOINTMENT.

I would like to take a moment and commend the staff at Nationwide Vision for their outstanding customer service, caring and dedication. I have been a customer for the past 4 years. This year I experienced some bad changes in my vision and scripts from my regular Ophthalmologist were wrong on two occasions. The dedication of Tania Ackley, (office manger), and Dr. Huber made a very bad situation into a positive one. From remaking glasses on a couple of occasions to Dr Huber checking and rechecking my eyes for changes and redoing scripts; to the understanding and caring that was shown by Tania, I don't how I would have made it through this difficult time.

I was always greeted with a warm sincere hello by the other office staff and my issues were always addressed with care, concern and understanding.

To the office staff, Tania and Dr Huber, my sincerest thanks and appreciation for always going above and beyond your job. You guys' rock!

I only wish that I could give you more than 5 stars because you truly deserve it!

Been coming here for years for me and my son’s glasses they always have great deals in a big selection they take their time with you and make sure you get everything you need.

Great customer service friendly and helpful also very patient with me picking out my frames.im very picky about and unsure of what frames I wanted, so it took a minute.
Picking up my everyday pair of glasses today.excited to SEE.

Women at front desk need to learn the concept of customer service … They lack positive communication skills! I think they missed that day during training!

Every time I come to this location my experience is wonderful! All of the stuff are extremely kind as well as patient and always more than happy to help! Tania, specifically, is wonderful and a joy to see when due for a visit! Overall, you will be pleased after your visit- perhaps with a brand new pair of your dream glasses as well!

The ophthalmologist is fantastic nice when i had my exam but everyone else there is clueless and rude, especially the females. Made an appt for my boyfriend with a female over the phone and when we showed up, he wasnt in their system! Double checked to make sure the number i called was their location and it was. Waste of my time.

Before you wait two week or longer be sure that the receptionist confirms you insurance company. When I called two weeks ago the receptionist only asked if I was going to use insurance and never asked who my provider was knowing Nationwide doesn't accept all insurance brands or types.

I wasted two weeks waiting for an appointment. Do your own do diligence since this location is short on attention to details.

Wanted to take my kids to this location but based off the reviews and the fact that I've requested appointments online and waited for response and called multiple time at different times of the day even at 9am right when they open guess I'll be going somewhere else.

I have had to wear glasses since I was 3 years old. I am now able to wear both contacts and glasses because of the patience and diligence by not only the Dr.but also the staff. I also have medical conditions that affect my vision and need attention. Tania is by far the best at providing what is needed, she works with my insurance to make sure I receive the most benefit possible. Great people, invaluable service! Thank you!

I went in and did a medical as i was having problems with my eyes i went through the whole exam doctor seemed very nice afterward i was told if i wanted a copy of my prescription it would be an additional $ 18 ok i paid it went back the next day and ordered glassed was told 3 to 5 days now it has been 7 days and i am told it will be another week as they had to send the frames to the lab and the lab just received them wow also the possibility of contacts was never discussed with me as an option to glasses also the 2 pair for $99 turned into 1 pair for $140 so i call and ask about contacts they tell me since i am a new and existing customer it would only be an additional $50 for a fitting and i could just come in so 1 1/2 days later i go in explain everything to the lady and she tells me she could get me in in 2 weeks mind you there is only 1 other customer in the store besides myself i explain i will be leaving town for work and will not be beck till the end of October and she replies that i have 90 days to receive that $50 dollar deal i just told her i would not be in town for the next 90 days as i am to leave in 2 weeks that is why i came in now so we would have time for the fitting ect ect so it seems they are more concerned about taking money from new clients than taking care of a new and current customer mind you i have never had glasses or contacts so all of this is new to me and they sure didn't take any extra minutes to help explain anything to me about any options and i feel like i have been ripped off and disregarded so i have only rated 1 star and i would not recommend anyone go there and since this needing glasses thing is all new to me i really am not sure as to were i should take my business to but it wont be here at the Greenway and Cotton ln store in Surprise

There's a reason no nationwide locations have a good rating. I have been to many locations and customer service is terrible at all of them. Front desk staff are unknowledgeable and unwilling to help with anything. I never got called when my contacts came in, for weeks. And then they ordered contacts I asked them not to

Dr. Huber and his staff are excellent. I'm bringing my family from the North Valley to him. They've had a hard time finding a decent eye doctor and glasses. I wouldn't suggest anyone else. These folks are a true blessing and definitely needed in the Surprise area.
