7The doctor at the combs location is excellent. My daughter struggles with anxiety really bad right now and he was very gentle and reassuring with her.
My daughter and I enjoyed our visit. Friendly, professional staff and positive atmosphere. Dr. Drew took time to explain everything thoroughly in a friendly, positive manner. I highly recommend the doctor and the whole office. We will return.
Dr. Drew is a very competent doctor who I would highly recommend. I hope to stay under his care for many years to come. I chose to use their new machine that photos the back of my eyes. It is a terrific diagnostic tool that reassured me that my eyes are healthy. So healthy that they had improved two clicks in both eyes. Dr. Drew found that I was overperscribed and working too hard to see. Additionly, Annette was equally competent in helping me select the best perscription options for my age, narrow bridge and work usage. She has three decades in fitting eyewear and correcting problems as they arise. Nationwide Vision is lucky to have Annette! Teamed with Dr. Drew, you will be very satified with their care!

Everyone there was nice and helpful. The doctor took time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain things. The technicians are kind and caring. I feel comfortable there.
Everyone at the San Tan Valley location was professional, efficient and friendly. Although they were busy when we visited, there was little to no wait for the evaluation, exam and selection of frames and lenses. The doctor was great at explaining certain parts of the examination, and we appreciated that very much.
Lady on the phone was quite rude. When I called, I received silence until I had to say hello. Then when i asked if there were any appointments for the day and if I could squeeze in, she replied saying, "There are no appointments today. " I was thrilled and asked I could get in around 4 but she just said no. Not happy with the customer service, especially when I've been going to Nationwide since I was a kid
