I went to this facility to try and get my old pair i recieved from them fixed.they could not.
So i try to get a new pair with same perscription.they would not.onlywant to sell me a new exam and new pairs.wow.no customer service skills all aboutthe money
I will take my services somewere else.if i could give zero stars i would.all i needed was a new pair with same script.

I saw the reviews online, but I figured I would try and see for myself. I went in for my regular yearly eye exam, and I was very disappointed. I've been to many eye doctors over the years, and I always just give them my insurance information and my benefits are verified. When I went here, they couldn't find my account and I was given a phone number and a list of questions to ask the insurance company, which I have never had to do before. If there was something wrong with my insurance I feel like they should have called me and I would have went ahead and figured it out before the actual appointment. It makes more sense to verify benefits when a patient is making an appointment, not right after the exam starts. I didn't end up staying. The people there just didn't seem warm or welcoming, and weren't particularly helpful. I don't think I will be back.

Not a great service model. I had to go into office 3 times just to get my contacts and that process was never explained to me. Been wearing contacts for over 30 years now and never had to waste so much time to get a pair of contacts. On top of that when I asked just for my prescription, so I did not have to go back in they told me, they already charged my insurance for contacts that I had not receive yet, so I could not order from someone else. This place is a racket and I will never go back. Doctor is ok and only reason I would even give 1 star. Unless you are super bored and have lots of time to waste, do not go here.

Customer service bad, communication bad, helpful bad, some old lady greeted me and rudely helped my son and I. She pointed at the kid section and left didn’t say if you need help or have a question feel free to ask she didn’t say anything then proceed to help some other people that just came in and then some girl on the front desk pretty much just handed me some papers and said you need to sign this and walked away. Save your time and money.

I would not recommend going here. Staff is rude and when you try to get any form of information from them it seems like its an extreme hassle.

I was apprehensive about going to a national chain, but when I walked in Sandra was more than accommodating and EXTREMELY helpful. I've taken my daughter back several time for checkups and to get her glasses adjusted and never had a problem. The entire staff was fantastic, but sandra made an incredible first impreasion, and has kept up the professionalism that I expect. THANKS SANDRA! YOU ROCK!

The staff is rude and can't see out of the prescription eyeglasses I got there. I will never go back and don't recommend them at all.

DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION! LONG WAITS! AND RUDE DOCTOR! HE YEELLS AT YOU AND HIS STAFF! I have 20 years going to nationwide visions.and never have I ever gone to an unprofessional one like this. They do not greet you nor do they care.

Made us wait for over an hour and had other people scheduled for the same time as us. The workers gave us the wrong time previously and made is reschedule. Rude service for front desk.

I was hesitant to go after reading some reviews. It may depend on the day or things have improved.

I was pretty happy with with everything. They got me in the next day, wait was short, everyone was pleasant and thorough. No high pressure sales (my pet peeve).

Everything was great and prices are very reasonable. Exam for lenses is $59, $30 more for glaucoma and cataract tests. I add this because they don't post it on their website. I have had some places really gouge me.

Had appt for 1 kid but brought other 2 with as walk-ins hoping they weren't busy and could squeeze them in.not busy as we were the only ones in there but no such luck service was great though so will return another day.edited. Woo-hoo! Someone didn't show up so they got my other 2 kids in

I have been going here for 2-3 years now. They are professional to a T. Their doctors know what questions to ask in order to ensure taht you get the best fitting contacts and glasses. This is something that was lacking in my previous eye doctor.they are thorough, and not pushy.i recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Took 3 months to get the glasses and ended up with the Wrong face size! Refused to trade in for correct size! Horrible customer service!

This was the worse experience I have every had at an eye doctor. First of all, I waited an hour just to get in to see the doctor with no apology from staff for running so late. I was there a total of 2 hours! The service was terrible. The entire staff is just twiddling their thumbs instead of helping customers. The one great thing about this place is the actual eye doctor. She was very friendly and helpful and seem to know what she was doing. The rest of the staff was awful. They did not seem competent in their jobs nor do they display any experience in working with costumers. So unless you have all day to waste and you want crumby customer service, don't ever go here!

The place is a bit small and it gets quite busy throughout the day so it kind of sucks that there's not much seating. The staff are pretty nice for the most part. Glasses always come in within 2 weeks or earlier after I got my prescription in. I'd recommend to others.

Extremely rude. I actually greeted the people working there as I walked in and they didn't say a word to me but stare. Super awkward. Then I asked if I could get lenses put in to my own personal frames and they refused because there was not any "demo lenses" in the frames. Went down the street and the next nation wide took them with no questions asked. Maybe they were having a bad day. Anywho, I wouldn't recommend this place.

90 minutes for an eye exam, but that's because they actually interact with you (unlike other doctors)

I took in a prescription to get safety glasses the beginning of October it wasn't until late January that I finally received them. First off when I went in to the location I wasn't greeted or made to feel welcome. The environment felt dismal and gloomy.
