18The staff is very helpful and friendly at this location. I've been going here for several years now and the only difference between any visit has been the primary optician.can't remember the last time I had the same person conduct the eye tests for any set of consecutive visits; otherwise, the quality of service and timeliness is consistent.
Great experience. The manager Sara and assistant manager Morgan do a great job. I have been a customer of Nationwide Vision for 15 years and this is the best team in customer service.
Completely awful customer service! I will NEVER do business with any Nationwide EVER AGAIN. Stay away from here!
The eye doctor here is marvelous! Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I give her 5 stars but the girls who are customer service need a bit of retraining. I would follow this doctor to wherever she works! I read a lot of these reviews. We have been going to this location for 6+ years and NEVER had any of these problems. The customer service has always been good until this year. They were all new so maybe they just need more experience and a little extra training.
There's a reason no nationwide locations have a good rating. I have been to many locations and customer service is terrible at all of them. Front desk staff are unknowledgeable and unwilling to help with anything. I never got called when my contacts came in, for weeks. And then they ordered contacts I asked them not to
Absolutely no communication between store employee's. Couldn't find our prescription, sent us to the Greenway and Cotton location when they had it the whole time. Had to go back and pick up. Wasted 1-1/2 hour in traffic to pick up a prescription. RIDICULOUS!
Great customer service here! Sarah, Anna, and both Theresa's are great. They went out of their way to ask if I had any questions and made the whole visit enjoyable. The last doctor seemed a little indifferent, but the new doctor, Doctor Pham, is so sweet and knowledgeable.

Run do not walk! This place is horrible. They DO NOT guarantee their work. Had glasses less then 4 months and they fell apart. When I went in they told me for another $70 I could get another pair. Bad bad place! If I could they would of received -5 stars. Run run run!
Not pleased with my expirience here, first the eye dr. Assistant was so cold, rolled her eyes at everyone not great with patients. Then I didn't even get called back till over an hour past my apt. Time. Then they couldn't figure out my insurance (despite calling it in days in advance). The proceed to call me 4 hours after I have finally left asking for a payment because now they have figured out my insurance. I say okay no problem just email me the recite. Oh I can't get you the recite till your insurance loads okay I'll wait till next week then, and they proceed to say I am not sure if I can do that. I which then said I have no problem paying over the phone if I get a recite emailed to me. The lady on the phone was nice but I do not recommend this place!
There is a dispenser at this location that is wonderful, she helped me pick out the perfect glasses, she was very professional.
Poor service. I had to get new glasses after the previous pair wouldn't stay on my head after being adjusted each and every week. They were only days out of the return window (as it is from the buy date, not the pickup date so you lose two weeks there,) so I had to pay for the replacement. It has been just three weeks and no update on their status. Those glasses face mostly similar issues the first did. Within four days of having the frames I would have had to get them adjusted twice. I won't return there if even I am given glasses on the house. I'm am so tempted to return my pairs and ask for all my money back so I can use them at a real place that isn't a mill.
The doctor was very nice and so were the staff, but I did have to wait quite awhile to be seen (almost 2 hours). Not to mention when my daughters glasses finally did come they claim that they called me, but I never received a call or a message. Apparently, they've had the glasses for three weeks now and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't of just called now. This frustrated me a bit.
My husbands eye exam and prescription were excellent therefor the one star. Customer Service however should get no stars at all. When ordering glasses we were told the glasses would be in with 15 busness days. Nation wide is open Monday through Satuardy.counting busness days. According to days they are open we callsd on the 16 day. We were told the glasses were not in. We asked Customer Service to check with their factory of a deliver date. We were told the glasses would be there in 2 to 3 days. We had not received a call in 4 days so we called Nationwide.they stated the glasses were mailed yesterday 19 nationwide bussness days. We asked how they count bussness days. We were told 5 days a week not their busness days. Nationwides employe stated they we should not be consurned Nationwides is right on time because yesterday was the 15th busness day. "WHAT" they must think we are all stuped. " be in" on the 15th day and "mailed on" the 15th day are to differant things. This is the secound time our family has had troubel with dilevery dates and customer service at this Nationwide location. Although we might get our eye exames here again we will not be ording glasses here again.
Should of read the reviews. Inexperienced staff and shady advertisements versus insurance coverage. They will ala cart the crap out of you at this place. Go to target or a real office.
The old staff here was a little lazy and talkative but they have new staff now and they're helpful and very fun. They'll actually help you find the best glasses for you WITHIN your price range. They do their best to get you seen whenever they can and if this store can't get you in they'll help you get an appointment with a store close to them. 10/10 service.
This place rocks. The people where frendly. I go out of my way to visit this location. Thanks for your help.
The staff was really nice the first time I went. I waited a while but the exam was quick. Almost as if he didn't even check my eyes. When I got the call that my glasses were ready, I tried to make it because they closed at 6 and I was in Phoenix around 5. I made it at 5: 55 and they were already closed. I even called in advance and asked if they could wait for me because I might be 5 to 10 minutes late but she refused! I went the next day and when I checked my glasses before leaving they didn't even get the right color. The ladies behind the counter were the ones to convince me to get the brown frame and at the end I received the black ones. I kept the black ones in the end. I do not recommend this place.

A week later and my prescription is wrong.
